Conveniently situated in the vicinity of the windsurfing stations at a 10 minute walk. Compared to other hotels in the area, friendly priced. This comes at the cost of rooms not being cleaned during your stay, nor will you receive fresh towels even if you ask for it. Remarkable policy and rare in the hotel industry. Felt unfair to me, because we stayed here for 10 days. Rooms face street-side and offer a beautiful view of the bay. At night, you may hear music from the party venues around, cars parking in front of the hotel, traffic, people loudly discussing the blessings and curses of life. Yes, it's noisy here. It's not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of. The staff is super nice and very friendly. You feel it's a family run hotel. I felt very welcome. Every day, they do their best to serve you a robust Turkish breakfast. Every day a little different than the day before. Would I ever come back? For the staff, certainly, for the location and towel and cleaning policy only if I can't find a better alternative.

The wifi connection is the worst but the others are good. We stayed for 2 months.
