Alacati Balbadem Otel ( +13 ADULT ONLY) in Alacati

I stayed at Balbadem Hotel for three days, and everything was simply perfect. I had a standard room with a direct view of the pool — clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

As a foreigner, I truly appreciated the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. They were always smiling and ready to help, which made me feel right at home. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and beautifully designed, with a charming garden that adds to the relaxing vibe.

Breakfast was delicious and generous, served in a cozy and pleasant setting. The location is also ideal — close to the town center, yet quiet enough to relax.

I highly recommend Balbadem Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and peaceful stay in Alaçatı. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! 🙏🌿💙

Polite staff and great interior design.sweet pool

The hotel's location and rooms are really nice. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very attentive. The hotel has a calm and peaceful atmosphere and also has a pool. The small number of rooms offers an experience away from the crowds. There is also parking for the vehicle, which is a great advantage. Being close to the center of Alaçatı also makes it possible to reach it on foot.

However, we had a negative experience. Even though we paid for the deluxe pool view room, they first tried to give us the superior room, which was a smaller room. After objecting, we moved to the correct room. Also, although we agreed on the phone for an upper floor pool view room, we were given a lower floor room. When we asked about this situation, we received a strange response such as 'there is no such room type'. Another negative situation was the water outage. After a certain hour, the water pressure decreased seriously and even the water was completely cut off. This may be a problem throughout Alaçatı, but it was still disturbing. In general, it offers a pleasant hotel experience, but due to these glitches, it is useful to be careful.

We loved Gülçin and her staff. A very friendly and smiling young team. We had great service every day and our son loved his older sisters and older brothers too. Thank you very much for your hospitality and smiling face, you really made us feel like at home. Hopefully, we will find the opportunity to stay at your hotel again. The friendly young staff are very warm and very good people.

We liked it very much. The structure of the hotel reflects the very beautiful Alaçatı decor.

Hello, first of all, the location of the hotel is in a very good place. It is in a quiet place and very close to the center in every way. By minibus, it is a maximum of 15 minutes to the Ilica beach, a maximum of 10 minutes to the center of Alaçatı. It is also 3 minutes to the Miğros and Pehlivanoğlu hypermarkets.

The hotel has 3 employees. Our 3 working young people are so helpful. Osman Bey is very hyperactive and very smiling face.
Especially elif and fatos lady, who look after the kitchen and cleaning, those smiles on their faces never fall.. They will help you immediately if you want.
In order to make you happy, they try tirelessly to help you in whatever way you want. Frankly, we felt like we were at home. This is a very important issue at work.
We had a pleasant conversation with the hotel owner Ms. Gülçin, she understood that we wanted to take a photo and she helped us before we asked :)

We were looking for a cozy and nice place in this city and I think we achieved our aim.
The location of hotel is very good,the price is acceptable and rooms are very nicely decorated.nights and days you can enjoy of calm atmosphere of the yard and small/cute pool.
At the end I should thanks of the hospitality and warm welcoming of Mr Eser. For sure we’ll come back there.

Hot damn!! the room I stayed at was pretty good for the price. There is no pool there is just a pondlike pool and backyard is pretty small but all in all good hostel for the price. I'd most def recommend
