The meticulous management of Mr. Kemal and Ms. Birsen, all the efforts (from the menu to the service) that their daughter Mensure and their son Hakan have enthusiastically maintained and developed over the years, and the fact that the groom Serden and the bride Gülşah, who work with the same enthusiasm, have internalized the family business and service very well.
