We stayed at Hotel Zeytinada for two weeks at the end of August with our two young kids. The hotel itself is amazing, the pool is fantastic, the rooms are brilliant and all of the staff are very polite and helpful when needed! We used the hotel as a base for visiting Pamukkale, Kos and the surrounding Bodrum area and then returning back to the luxurious pool and brilliant evening meal after long trips...

Though not directly situated at the beachfront, this hotel offers good value-for-money with quality food and drinks. The staff are very forthcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful. Rooms are super clean, well air-conditioned, staff is very kind and helpful. Many attractions for kids. Swimming pools are pretty large, clean water. Food is just out of this world. Huge variety of salads, fresh meats, pastries etc. Snack bar is available also. They go out of their own way to make this place great for the guests.

All inclusive in this hotel is not truely all inclusive. For example, you are charged for basic fresh-squeezed orange juice for 10 TL for breakfast. Free inclusive alcohol is only available free for a few choices on the alcohol list but the other choices incur charges. There is not much in-house entertainment provided by the hotel. Hotel has a good restaurant and serves good breakfast. It has 2 swimming pools and we spent a day on the pool side in the covered area as I caught a cold. Staff was friendly. It’s not in the busy touristy area but an easy walk, so the location was good for us.

Most of the staff were very helpful and their welcoming attitude was apparent. The facilities in the room were old, but kept clean. The shower had strong water pressure which felt great. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was of good quality, and we enjoyed it while looking out at the harbor view. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Bad management - faulty door; extra charges you are not informed about until check out.

We spend a couple days there and unfortunately, they gave us a room that it was not fully facing the ocean like I have requested and pay for it. Parking is very limited. But overall is relatively close to the city where there is a lot of things to do. It is all included, and there is some variety of food that you can select on.

We booked a roomeith a balcony and sea view. However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony. They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. Flamm was a perfect beachfront getaway. The location right on the beach and the view of the sea and mountains was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This is a lovely beach club/hotel which we accessed through our hotel as it is a partnership arrangement t with them and provided a shuttle service. Loved the property. Like the face that we had a good kitchen and balcony was a good size. My only negative is that they don’t offer a courteously room for guests that have late flights so we used the shower by the pool. On the whole it was a great place to stay.

Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet. Two things to improve: Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold. Our room - a romantic suite - was more than adequate and spacious. With a great view of Bitez bay from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was varied and ample, from: hot to cold, savoury to sweet.
