It was a nice stay for a couple of nights in Izmir. The lady who arranged/served the breakfast was very nice and professional. She was very particular about how it displays, which is important and it can easily neglected especially when you are very busy. She took care of things in a courteous manner. The grounds are beautiful and quiet, even more beautiful than in the photos. Breakfasts are good. My suggestion would be to improve the room cleaning.

We stayed here for 10 days. The rooms are small but for the price really fair. All the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is authentic Turkish. The pool is nice and the atmosphere is calm. It is a perfect hotel if you want to be in the center but still have a calm stay.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in Costa! 🫶 Clean rooms, adorable garden with a nice pool, super delicious breakfast, great service in all different ways! Costa is a few minutes away from the beach, shops, restaurants by the shore, and the main bus station that takes you to different beaches. Through the day the soft music is played so gives the extra cozy vibes. Warm recommendation! 👌

Staff was very service oriented. Friendly, nice, helpful. Few minuspoints though. The bar had no white wine nor sodawater. The wooden deck close to the bar had 3 screws pointing out at least 3cm. People on bare feet could easily hurt themselves there. We mentioned it, but no action was taken. The toilet in our room kept flushing. It was not repaired and kept us awake the second night.

Hotel is in a very quiet area but still just 5 mins walk from the harbour. rooms are clean and big with good bed and bathroom, plus nice seating area. The hotel is a great place. Because the rooms are clean. The Service are nice guys. The location is not the best one, but that's not a big problem.
