We were there this year, in July. We are extremely satisfied. We were very pleased. Very good accommodation. Exemplary cleanliness. Very friendly staff. Low prices. Delicious breakfast. Quiet place. Very good for families with children. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will definitely come back.

I had a delightful stay at Turkuaz Hotel, the staff were so helpful & friendly, I felt safe & taken care of. The location is perfect, by the beach, surrounded by lots of restaurants & cafes. Will definitely stay there again in future.

Only stayed for the weekend. Perfect location...nice beaches, nice boulevard with restaurants. Balcony room with sea view. Small room, but everything you need. Fridge with bottle of water included, watercoocker with nescafe, modern bathroom, slippers, and aircondititioning. I will go again...even solo if needed

Located in a very common favoured street in the city and directly on the beach from the other … it’s a wonderful location and the street is full of people specially in the night … if you are driving, the car doesn’t reach the hotel since the front street is no car street… The stay is very affordable.. Its an old hotel but it’s ok for short stay…

The rooms were run-down and cramped, with no adequate air conditioning. The rooms smelled of sewerage and there was cigarette smoke in them. We were on the attic floor, which was unusable because the ceiling was too low. The cleanliness was barely adequate.
On the other hand, the staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Turkuaz Port Hotel was a fantastic find! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect—right by the beach and marina, with tons of great cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. It’s a cute, cozy hotel that feels personal and welcoming. We loved how accessible it was from Istanbul, making it an easy escape from the city. The morning buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, home-made delicious options, including some wonderful Turkish delicacies. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient seaside stay!

I stayed at Turkuaz Hotel in Büyükçekmece in May 2025 and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience.
I had booked an Economic Double Room, Non-Smoking, with a King-Size Bed and Garden View through a travel agency. However, upon arrival, I was given a lower ground floor room that did not match what I reserved. The room was downstairs, with no garden view, and not what I paid for.
Even worse, the room was not clean:
Used shampoo bottles and tissues were left in the bathroom.
Trash was on the floor.
There was a smell of cigarette smoke, and an ashtray was placed in the room, despite it being a non-smoking room.
When I complained at the front desk, no alternative or solution was offered.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not what I expect from a hotel in this price range. I do not recommend this property unless management takes serious steps to improve cleanliness, honesty in booking, and customer service.

nice hotel. great location with sea view. warm rooms, although a bit small. everything is clean. breakfasts are normal, although I missed natural coffee. the staff is super friendly! always help and advise and if necessary, call a taxi. I can confidently recommend this hotel for visiting
