Staying at this hotel exceeded all expectations during our recent trip to Istanbul . From the moment we arrived, the elegant lobby and friendly staff set a welcoming tone. Our room on the 3rd floor offered stunning street view through floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by plush bedding and modern amenities like a smart TV, and brief kitchen.

Lovely, good quality place, at a reasonable price, very close to a tram stop to enable traveling to most places in the city. Well recommended!

Comfortable, clean, chic and cozy rooms. Can be used an apartment as it includes a fully operational kitchen and living room. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is great; near a bus stop and tram station, but the street is extremely noisy especially in the morning, windows of the rooms are not very sound-proof.

Great service and welcoming atmosphere by the staff, great location, 20 minutes by tram to Hagia Sophia etc., looks clean and modern exactly like in the photos. There is a small issue with the windows so we could hear the street more than we should have, but it didn't bother us too much.

Unfortunately we didn't have such a good experience.
The location and the hotel is great.
However, we were treated very disrespectfully.
They said they didn't have a phone number, we didn't get the WiFi password, and they also said they didn't have any extra blankets and pillows in the hotel.
Everything they had confirmed to us over the phone, they had denied to us on site.
We had to pay a deposit of €100 and €25 per night on top of that, even though that wasn't agreed upon.

Very rude and rude treatment!
We had previously called to ask whether another person was allowed and how much the extra charge would be. They said there is no extra charge up to 4 people. When we arrived we were told that we had to pay an extra charge and that they didn't have a phone number, which was a lie because my father then called and they picked it up again!!!
He said if we didn't pay we should go to another hotel and they would NOT give us back the money from the booking.
After a long discussion with my father and the boss, we paid the extra charge. We also asked for extra pillows and blankets - apparently they weren't there, which wasn't right either - very questionable for a hotel. They didn't even come to meet us and we weren't even able to say thank you or anything like that when we checked out.

The best hotel suite, with complete facilities, clean, in the water area with excellent access to tram, bus and metro stations, there is also a good restaurant with a varied menu on the ground floor of the hotel, the hotel services were very respectful and all kinds of cooperation with us They had small and large rooms and duplexes for 2 to 8 people. Die beste Hotelsuite, mit kompletter Ausstattung, sauber, im Wasserbereich mit excellenten Bindung an Straßenbahn-, Bus- und U-Bahn-Stationen, es gibt auch ein gutes Restaurant mit einer abwechslungreichen Speisekarte im Erdgeschoss des Hotels, der Hotelservice was very respectable and sie hatten jede Art von Zusammenarbeit mit uns
