The hotel is located besides the main road, really noise to sleep
The location and the hotel is great.
However, we were treated very disrespectfully.
They said they didn't have a phone number, we didn't get the WiFi password, and they also said they didn't have any extra blankets and pillows in the hotel.
Everything they had confirmed to us over the phone, they had denied to us on site.
We had to pay a deposit of €100 and €25 per night on top of that, even though that wasn't agreed upon.
We had previously called to ask whether another person was allowed and how much the extra charge would be. They said there is no extra charge up to 4 people. When we arrived we were told that we had to pay an extra charge and that they didn't have a phone number, which was a lie because my father then called and they picked it up again!!!
He said if we didn't pay we should go to another hotel and they would NOT give us back the money from the booking.
After a long discussion with my father and the boss, we paid the extra charge. We also asked for extra pillows and blankets - apparently they weren't there, which wasn't right either - very questionable for a hotel. They didn't even come to meet us and we weren't even able to say thank you or anything like that when we checked out.
