My trip was in October, it was the third time here. We quickly got to the room and were able to enjoy the rest. It was felt that the season was coming to an end, the animation was very weak, there were a lot of people, mostly Russians and the problems that arose from it. Good for people who loves russians, they r everywhere and that was annoying. Elevator broken twice. At 7-8 o’clock can not find empty sunbed. There was no technical service at the hotel after midnight the receptionist helped us and adjusted the air conditioning, friendly person he is the only staff member working at night and he does everything by himself. I've been here for 3 years in a row and I'm always extremely satisfied. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the beach is private, the pool has couches and plenty of sunbeds, delicious cuisine and a snack bar, great mixed drinks. Everything is perfect.

Everything was great, the personnel was helpful and solved all the issues as fast as possible. The hotel is not as big, but there is all for the nice stay and positive experience. We will definitely come back next time, all inclusive is worth wasting and coming again.
