The hotels property is amazing ,kids club is amazing with plenty to do for the kids. The rooms are cleaned every day and water filled up. The food was Okai ,pretty basic and tasteless

The staff was very friendly but people who was sitting at the guest relation was kinda annoyed if we asked something or some didn’t even speak English. Other thing I would like to see outdoors playground for kids

Definitely not good for picky eaters but definitely not 5*. Kids buffet was terrible to ,same food there every day. Potato mouse was from powder mix not real potatos and the soups the same

The Antalya airport had about 3 check points and food was ridiculously expensive. First time seeing Mc Donald’s regular Big Mac meal for £20! No thanks, I’m not that desperate for one

The food is not great, the ssme everyday. All of us at some point were ill due to the food. The sun beds all need upgraded especially on the trident where they sre all broken

loved everything was wonderful beautiful place even thank you for everything mainly for the activities of children my children love the food very much the hotel is too beautiful to municipalities people to go to is a paradise loved everything

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

Xafira has its own section there with food, drinks and sun loungers all included so you don't need to take anything from the hotel serving 11am-4pm. The animation team has been good fun and really engaging

You have enough food and drink in the restaurant and beach bar to keep you full all day. There is a wide selection for everyone, kids and adults

This is my first time here in Antalya staying in an all inclusive resort

The property itself looks incredible at first glance but the overall building needs some repairs. There were holes in the ceiling with leaks being collected in buckets in the restaurant

We initially came to Hotel Alan Xafira for a week and subsequently extended for three more weeks! The hotel is located in an excellent part of Alanya amidst the magnificent beaches and serene sea side, offering a mixture of leisure, entertainment, relaxation and outdoor activities

Me and my sister stayed at the hotel for 7 days. They took our luggage upstairs. The activiteits from the animation team was awesome. The halloweenparty was great, the partys to the club, the brazilian show

very nice large complex that offers everything a client could need during their vacation. clean environment, nice staff. highly recommended.we were there 3 timeas and the next yera we will come again.

the food was extraordinary, the waiters and everyone superlative. the hotel staff: starting from the reception to the animators and lifeguards, everyone scores 10. we have nothing to complain about

this year you have improved the quality of the food and some very interesting extra services, free of charge: that corn (very good), the coffee area - ice coffee - score 10, the baklava with milk in the evening and many others, much better than last year

sun loungers on the beach, everyone must understand that it is a rule and that you are not allowed on the beach with any other glass than the plastic one

Restaurant- this area was the biggest let down

The food was horrible and mainly catered towards Eastern Europeans, unfortunately couldn’t find any Turkish cuisine which was odd considering we’re in turkey! If you have an allergy then good luck as absolutely nothing was labelled and you had to ask staff what things were

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! Food was jus horrendous, cold chips and dry fish everyday Staff- A big shoutout to the two entertainment girls Zeynep and Suheyla, you guys made our trip amazing and was the reason we didn’t change hotels! You’re the best!! However 90% of staff do not speak English so it was difficult to...

I was drinking water and ayran during the whole time. The juice is all like squash, which is literally sweet water. The animation team was really friendly, and we enjoyed all the entertainment

The cleaners were absolutely lovely! A great asset to the hotel as a whole and very welcoming to us every time we saw them! Hotel- the hotel was big some areas needed maintenance but overall public areas were clean

Food / restaurants - We were not requesting something special, so we have good variety of food every main meal. Chicken, turkey, lamb, fishes, vegetables, and various side dishes

recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions, which made getting around very convenient

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff were very accommodating and unlike other Antalya hotels we tried most spoke good English

The dedicated pools also have activities every hour as well as poolside cafe for food and drinks, though for men's this is up some stairs that I never bothered exploring

The customer relations team were very helpful and happy to assist with all sort of problems big or small

I've been to very few places that are solely targeted towards Muslim tourists, but Wome Deluxe resort definitely fits this description

Got a little upgrade at check-in from a forest view room to a sea view, just by asking! Thank you. The staff were always polite and accommodating, though unfortunately most did not understand English well

The entertainment is the best I have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel. All the staff are amazing and they go above and beyond for their guests

The bar staff also provide very friendly service. Waiters in the restaurant help with drinks, bringing them to guests' tables

We had an early flight and breakfast wasn’t open yet, but they had prepared takeaway breakfast packages just for us. I’ve traveled to many countries with all-inclusive hotels, but this one truly impressed me the most

I have absolutely zero faults with this resort I just spent 10 days at pegasos resort with 4 other family members and we all loved it ❤️ the hotel is very clean, well looked after

What impressed me the most was the café — it looks beautifully sweet, like something out of a candy shop. In the lobby, they serve delicious Turkish tea and Turkish coffee

We had a lovely holiday but it isn't a 5 star hotel, a 3+ at most. Rooms a bit dated but did the job and were a lovely size. Mini fridge with drinks and aorcon worked very nicely indeed

Big hotel with huge playing area and park. Animators are very active.all of them. Rooms clean. We had a wifi problem for one day. colourful and tasty foods.

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I'm from Estonia and recently traveled to Turkey for the first time. This was my very first time staying in a hotel, and I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations

You can use all the bars at the resort so there was a lot of choice on what vibe you were feeling (although the same menu) Cocktails could maybe be a bit stronger but guess that's what you get with all inclusive

No single use plastics on site - winner!! Pool bar, drinks to die for, views of sunset, couldn't beat it. Levent and his team do the hotel proud - well done

The coolest thing is the beach, bartenders, restaurant staff, as well as the presence of a large number of lifeguards on the beach and in the water park

for which a special thanks to the hotel☺️ Of the minuses, I expected that the hotel would be exclusively with tourists from Europe, at the same time during our stay at the end of September there were a large number of tourists from Russia((( Would I return to this hotel? More likely yes than no

WiFi was free and worked at the beach and across the whole resort (many reviews I saw said otherwise) We went mid September and never had a problem getting a sun lounger on the beach, even when turning up at 10am or later

Very nice vacation. The Hotel is very nice and clean. The food and drinking options are perfect, you can find something for every taste. And especially the Zumba Class of Irem worths a view.

The best hotel we visited so far in Turkiye! Superfriendly staff (especially Haci Çef, Erdinç, Serkan) great animation, plenty things to do, many bars: pool bar, pier bar, piano bar

price/quality is kinda good so very strong 4 , good jetty beach ofc (UAL) always available all drinks 3 bars outside and 2 inside with different type of drinks

Spa with sauna , steam room, turkish bath free , 2nd spa for spa treatments and massages you will need to pay. Personel super helpful and kind

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

Cleaning staff does a good effort! It's a nice but very big hotel. Animation team provides plenty of fun things to do, and the late shows are fun to go to, theatre is not huge so be on time

Why they don't just put a few tap it your self. Staffs English ability is not advanced, sometimes not even basic, which van kraag to difficult conversations when you need to ask something

The spa/Haman is partially free, but be clear is you are not interested in a treatment, or don't like to be touched. The opportunity for improvements: The food is mostly lukewarm at best

They where out of cola zero or fisetra allot, Water slides are not open all the time, don't know why, but when they are the wait isn't long do you van go plenty of times

The reviews scared me so much that I almost canceled the reservation, but everything turned out to be amazing – the food, the service, the atmosphere

After breakfast, the snack bar opened right away where you could eat by the bar, then lunch, and between meals there was always something in the open buffet

In the evening dinner was served, and even after dinner there was still food available inside. Some meals repeated, but many were replaced with new options

Rooms are remodeled, location is beautiful, and there is a great potential. However, it was marketed to us as all-inclusive. Food quantity is large, but it is not good. WiFi has no speed despite good coverage

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

The only downside is that, based on my past experiences in Turkey, I’m used to also receiving slippers, a bathrobe, and colorful beach towels – here they only provide white towels without slippers and a bathrobe

There were always sunbeds available, although some people still put their towels on the sunbeds early in the morning! My husband is very staid with his food, English cooked dinners or anything with chips, but he still found something to satisfy him each day

The room was spacious and very clean, with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. It also had a hanging rail in the wardrobe which was high enough to take long dresses, which isn't always the case these days

We found the quick route to the 'adults only' pool which was lovely, and we met some nice people to talk to around the pool

We stayed here from 5th to 12th October to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. This was our first holiday to Turkey

It was a late flight and our arrival time was 10pm, and with a two hour transfer time, we thought we would be going to bed with empty stomachs, but how wonderful to find out when we booked in at the hotel that a buffet was laid on in the corner of the dining room for late arrivals, so a bite to eat and a drink at the 24 hour lobby bar was very welcome

Cleaner was very friendly! Entertainment - Daily entertainment both at the pool during the day and at the stage at night. Main shows were at the stage, good fun and ended around 9pm

First I have to say staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for you, all very neat and smart apart from the guy who seems to oversee the restraunt, always wore a fleece and seemed to me to be out of place and quite untidy for a supposed 5 star restraunt, he didn't acknowledge my existence until the last morning when he greeted me

The hotel is fabulous set on the beach front. How ever it's far from alanya centre. You can catch a bus which takes 40/45 minutes. Food is amazing no complaints. The only thing is that flu is going around

People are braking with coughing that's to do with the lobby and the air-conditioning that is set on too high a temperature

Holiday rep, well, he wanted to sell trips and when I wasn't interested his price dropped, I eventually took the Hamam and wish I hadn't because I was victim to upselling big style, I think I'll never trust another holiday rep

Room cleaned daily room services and all staff have been extremely helpful and speak good english. Restaurant has been amazing ,great choice of food open buffet

The hotel location is great you can walk less then half mile to find a bazzar, shops and pharmacies and city center there is also an very good market inside the hotel

Great choice of healthy food, bedding changed daily plenty of towels provided. Free ice cream, tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks available all day. The only negative is some of the staff are ignorant.

I was a bit sceptical about coming here after reading the reviews, I'm so glad I ignored them, as we had a brilliant week here, all the staff are so friendly, and I mean all, the rooms and over all hotel was clean, pool was lovely, BBQ on every night but if you didn't want that there was other foods inside, lovely hotel, I would definitely recommend, and we will be back 😊

There was no technical service at the hotel after midnight the receptionist helped us and adjusted the air conditioning, friendly person he is the only staff member working at night and he does everything by himself

The rooms were cleaned throughout, staff swapped towels and bedding every day. Food was fantastic, very well prepared, everything was freshly prepared, the food was not repeating, it was different every day

The Okioberfest evening very good with music show. Plenty to eat with burgers, hotdogs, cakes, no shortage of drinks with outside seating and tables. The staff truly make this place special

On some occasions would catch sight of two cats in the garden. They were never a problem, and you never saw them in the hotel. Restaurant had a good selection of hot and cold food

Some people will be reserving sunbeds, and the Gold Island Family hotel is in the same bay. Later in the day would sit underneath the trees with a book and a drink and maybe get a waffle from the yellow van
