My trip was in October, it was the third time here. We quickly got to the room and were able to enjoy the rest. It was felt that the season was coming to an end, the animation was very weak, there were a lot of people, mostly Russians and the problems that arose from it. The rooms were cleaned well, the bartenders worked great, the food was normal. Thank you: Jyrsyn, Sevrat, Cuma.

an excellent hotel - lonicera world, with clean and beautiful rooms, with everything you need in the room - beware it is a 4* hotel with very good services. the food was extraordinary, the waiters and everyone superlative. the hotel staff: starting from the reception to the animators and lifeguards, everyone scores 10. we have nothing to complain about. sun loungers on the beach, everyone must understand that it is a rule and that you are not allowed on the beach with any other glass than the plastic one. all the services in the hotel are very good and we were there last year too. this year you have improved the quality of the food and some very interesting extra services, free of charge: that corn (very good), the coffee area - ice coffee - score 10, the baklava with milk in the evening and many others, much better than last year. don't give up on anything and improve. we will see you again soon!

very nice large complex that offers everything a client could need during their vacation. clean environment, nice staff. highly recommended.we were there 3 timeas and the next yera we will come again.

First things first -＞ BIG THANKS to OLESIA from Guest Relations. She made our stay more enjoyable by providing a lot of valuable details about the property and amenities, addressing all our questions and concerns, and was always ready to help. Thank you, Olesia!!! You helped to make our stay more enjoyable! About the hotel: cool water slides and aquapark, nice and big theater, food is OK. Those who stay in the Main building (Resort 5*) or in the Premium building get better rooms and food. The beach is small and crowded, but the water and sand are great for kids and adults. I wish they had a bigger beach and more space between sun loungers. Visitors are mainly from Russia. So it is a lot of Russian-speaking people there. It could be plus or minus, depending on your preference. There are activities in the pool, shows at the main stage every night, a kids' club, etc. Everyone can find something to entertain themselves. Arcades are also available for cash. Overall, I give 4 of 5 stars. If we had not met Olesia and used her advice, the rating would be 3. So she helped a LOT!.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a very serious and traumatic incident that my wife and our 11-month-old baby were subjected to during our stay at Lonicera World Hotel in alanya My wife was alone in our hotel room with our baby in the evening when a drunk, unknown man suddenly entered the room through the balcony door. She was not wearing her hijab and was in her private space. She panicked and screamed, but the man refused to leave and tried to move further into the room. She had to physically push him out while protecting our crying and frightened child. I was not present in the room at the time, which made the situation even more distressing — she was completely alone in an extremely unsafe and violating moment. ⸻ 🧯 The hotel’s response: When I later confronted the staff at reception, I could clearly sense and see that they were completely indifferent to what my wife had experienced. Their lack of empathy was shocking, and one staff member even laughed at me during the conversation. In particular, the hotel manager downplayed the incident and even suggested that “perhaps we were having an argument, and the unknown man was trying to help.” This is an unacceptable and offensive comment, which in no way justifies a drunk stranger entering our private room. No support, apology, or follow-up was offered. The hotel clearly has serious security issues, and the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. Date of incident: June 1, 2025

We’re here in June 2025. Selected the hotel based on a review was given to us by our relatives that were here last year. We got deeply disappointed. Back home on next day our 2 yo bay was with big temperature and other symptoms. As the analysis results shows, salmonella. Me and husbands also have symptoms and suppose it is the same bacteria. Now we are having treatment with antibiotics. We were dissatisfied of the room quality. No space in room, very small. No ventilation in bathroom. During 6 days the room was cleaned just twice. The food is another pain. No diversity. Just 2 types on meat and very bad grilled fish. Row potatoes, rice and other food. On the last days we did not know what to eat. Beside this, the notes is very agglomerated. The personal isn’t polite. A huge amount of money for bad conditions and health issues!!! The worst hotel we have ever visited!
