The hotels property is amazing ,kids club is amazing with plenty to do for the kids. The rooms are cleaned every day and water filled up. The food was Okai ,pretty basic and tasteless

Definitely not good for picky eaters but definitely not 5*. Kids buffet was terrible to ,same food there every day. Potato mouse was from powder mix not real potatos and the soups the same

The staff was very friendly but people who was sitting at the guest relation was kinda annoyed if we asked something or some didn’t even speak English. Other thing I would like to see outdoors playground for kids

This hotel is most for Russian tourists everything was in Russian even music was ,fine by me but I would prefer also something in English when you are relaxing by the pool

Food is the same every day, very small choice of fruits. At dinner you get previous lunch food just in sauce. They didnt wash or clean floor in rooms for full week, just change towels and make up bed

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

This may have just been a misunderstanding of mine , plus you are only in the room to sleep so cannot make this a bad review

Overall , it was what you made of the holiday which made it a better experience!

You do have to cross a bridge to get to the beach, watersides and the outdoors theatre. If you leave the bridge you can turn left or right to get into the outlets which sells more fakes and clothes outlet

an excellent hotel - lonicera world, with clean and beautiful rooms, with everything you need in the room - beware it is a 4* hotel with very good services

this year you have improved the quality of the food and some very interesting extra services, free of charge: that corn (very good), the coffee area - ice coffee - score 10, the baklava with milk in the evening and many others, much better than last year

the food was extraordinary, the waiters and everyone superlative. the hotel staff: starting from the reception to the animators and lifeguards, everyone scores 10. we have nothing to complain about

sun loungers on the beach, everyone must understand that it is a rule and that you are not allowed on the beach with any other glass than the plastic one

Good for 9 or 10 year olds, but not suitable for younger children. The beach is very beautiful, long, huge beach, you can't find a single stone, even in the sea, it doesn't call your feet a stone

5 Star hotel with no free sauna, no minibar, no bottle water. Only food is good

Adult pool is the best as no screaming brats. Rooms very small in comparison to most hotels but suitable for sleeping in and getting ready. Bathrooms a bit dated, could do with modernising a bit

The entertainment is the best I have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel. All the staff are amazing and they go above and beyond for their guests

He even mentioned that the restaurant serves soup after 9 pm for late arrivals, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the soup wasn’t to our taste, the coffee was excellent

The air conditioning is really good aswell as a stocked fridge when you arrive. The hotel also has a doctor which is very handy as my partner had an ear issue which was easily resolved

The swimming pool and aqua park slides were a major hit, especially with our son, who never wanted to leave the water. Poolside snacks, like fresh bread with cheese, were delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment

Staff: The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, though there was a slight language barrier with English communication. Nevertheless, they went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience

Indoor pool is excellent really large and sun beds all around, good facilities. Every pool has lifeguards safety is a top priority. Loads of water slides to try out kids loved them

Eco rooms are not very comfortable and quiet, but here you will have the best time, after the long and pleasant day you will sleep without difficulties. There are many cats leaving, it's very cute

WiFi was free and worked at the beach and across the whole resort (many reviews I saw said otherwise) We went mid September and never had a problem getting a sun lounger on the beach, even when turning up at 10am or later

Communication barrier very difficult, hard to understand any instructions. Nightly entertainment good, different show every night. Childrens entertainment excellent really well catered for

Cleaning staff does a good effort! It's a nice but very big hotel. Animation team provides plenty of fun things to do, and the late shows are fun to go to, theatre is not huge so be on time

The spa/Haman is partially free, but be clear is you are not interested in a treatment, or don't like to be touched. The opportunity for improvements: The food is mostly lukewarm at best

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

The late night buffet, don't get expectations up, it's two pots of soup and defrosted dry bread, but when u arrive late and are probably starving, you will not care 😘 The usual inability often to find a sunbed since the towel claimers do their thing

Plenty of fruit!!! The desert buffet is boring, it's all pretty much the same with different colours, overly sweet and little variation. But do mind I'm not really a fan of sweet stuff or baklava

Why they don't just put a few tap it your self. Staffs English ability is not advanced, sometimes not even basic, which van kraag to difficult conversations when you need to ask something

The restaurants and the extensive variations of the menus were excellent, there was good alternatives for healthy eating too

Food - Good variety in main buffet, themed dinners every night. Excellent snack choices throughout the day. Drink - Plenty of bars, queues never more than 5mins

Cleaner was very friendly! Entertainment - Daily entertainment both at the pool during the day and at the stage at night. Main shows were at the stage, good fun and ended around 9pm

The cocktails were great, and good service at all the bars, didn't have long queues either. The shows were good, but with it being October, it was a bit nippy sitting at the outdoor stage

We stayed here from 5th to 12th October to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. This was our first holiday to Turkey

It was a late flight and our arrival time was 10pm, and with a two hour transfer time, we thought we would be going to bed with empty stomachs, but how wonderful to find out when we booked in at the hotel that a buffet was laid on in the corner of the dining room for late arrivals, so a bite to eat and a drink at the 24 hour lobby bar was very welcome

First I have to say staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for you, all very neat and smart apart from the guy who seems to oversee the restraunt, always wore a fleece and seemed to me to be out of place and quite untidy for a supposed 5 star restraunt, he didn't acknowledge my existence until the last morning when he greeted me

Some people will be reserving sunbeds, and the Gold Island Family hotel is in the same bay. Later in the day would sit underneath the trees with a book and a drink and maybe get a waffle from the yellow van

Loved my deluxe room, balcony offering beautiful sea view. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly! Before breakfast, would walk around the bay, through the gardens and along the beach

Well, after 10 days in this hotel, I need to express disappointment about the hotel. We were guests from September 10 till September 20 in the standard room, section 4xxx (near to reception)

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the Entertainment Team, which truly shines! Leaders Emre and Ozan create a fantastic atmosphere, making every evening fun and engaging

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

My partner and I checked in last week. One word: amazing! Great view, great food, attentive personnel… As known by many Incekum beaches are always lovely. One of the best beaches of Antalya is here

I liked that the hotel was surrounded by beautiful nature, had delicious food, good animation, and was calm and clean
