Description

The hotel is gorgeous, the grounds are large and very green. The food is excellent, for all tastes, rooms are nice, new - large beds. Refers to the network of Ozkaymak hotels. Great staff and entertainment team. For youth and family rest with children.

Location: 90 km from Antalya airport, 23 km from the city of Alanya, 200 m from the village of Avsallar, on the coast.

Consists of one 7-storey building.

Total area: 15 000 m2.

The hotel has 267 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The beach is 100 m.

The hotel offers a food on system "ultra all inclusive" (24 hours) - Breakfast buffet.

The food is inedible. My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it was beyond our capabilities. No one cleaned the room the entire week, no toilet paper, and no fresh towels. The hotel staff speaks very little English. I do not recommend it.

Food really bad , stayed for 7 days and everyday was the same limited, the food did not last till the end, half an hour before and sometimes even before you could not get what was on the menu. The shower did not work, in the bedroom some lights were not working, reported however it was not deal. Toilets on common areas not serviced, people complained about not having toilet rolls on it.

Wonderful Stay at Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel Our experience at Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel was truly outstanding. The hotel impressed us with its high standards of cleanliness and overall tidiness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The food was excellent, with a wide and varied selection that catered to all tastes throughout the day. We especially appreciated the number of available sunbeds, most of which were thoughtfully equipped with sunshades, ensuring relaxation without worry. The location of the pools and seashore—just a short walk from the main building—made access easy and convenient. The pool bar added a touch of luxury to the whole experience, providing refreshing drinks and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. We highly recommend Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and luxurious beachside holiday.

the food was absolutely horrible, my whole family kept on vomiting and having diarrhoea. Our room electricity kept on going out and not working. The pools were okay and the place. The live music was only for children and no entertainment for the adults.

I just finished my stay in Ozkaymak Select Resort, and I can say it was an EXPERIENCE. Starting from the best hospitality, to delicious food, great housekeeping and super welcoming personel, I am left with nothing other than satisfaction. It was my first Turkish riviera vacation, but I am glad I know now where all my next vacations are going to be. ＜3

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel, and I have to say very good it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the food; the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a lot of variety. Every little detail was taken care of, and I truly felt like a valued guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It was a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Its was nice time even was not much people but we had good time we chill vibe was good music was my favorite part in pool food was nice room ok staff in restaurant need learn more English drinks was good beach was clean and entertainment team was also amazing i will back for sure special to see my favorite person omay the best dj😘 Thanks Ozkaymak for this experience

We stayed there last week as part of a package advertised by our tour company as 5 star. We knew it wouldn't be this To be fair the location is good for buses either way and there are shops and supermarkets a short walk away. It is noisy because whatever room you have you can hear the 6 lanes of the motorway outside. Also they play loud music from 8pm until 10.30pm from speakers in their ground. Even when there are is no one around! (It was the end of season at the hotel). So if you want a peaceful stay, this is not for you. The main concern as other comments have mentioned is the food. Apathetic staff who are all very young and mostly on their phones. The Bain Marie's food hotplates were not hot, and with over 200 people coming in the eat the buffet at one time the lids were permanently up so the food was cold . In my opinion it was dangerous to eat any of the meat dishes in them so stuck to the salads which were exactly the same for a week. Wanting hot food we tried the soup, cold. There was an outside buffet cooking up pizzas and fish most evenings. Even if we got there at the opening of the evening buffet the fish was cold as it had been precooked and placed on luke warm trays. Desserts were highly coloured pieces of cake to be avoided! The coffee machines were never cleaned or wiped off and the surfaces were dirty. It was a fight for a knife and fork as there were no spare ones anywhere. I would not recommend this hotel and will certainly not be going back.

We stayed here as part of a tour that offered amazing value for money. We were charged for half board or all inclusive at a cost of about £120 more than half-board and we paid an extra 10 euros a night for a sea view room. My wife doesn’t really drink so we opted for the half board package. The room was bright, clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint we had was about the food and, for a hotel that catered it seemed almost exclusively to Europeans, was sadly lacking. I don’t think of myself as a fussy eater but I found it very difficult to find anything I wanted to eat. The range of food was quite large but it was cold. Hot buffet food was prepared but then left to cool apparently without any effort to keep it warm. That, together with very cold plates meant that the food became very unappetising indeed. Omelettes for breakfast were great as they were cooked to order and so were hot to eat but they stopped dishing those out after about three days. Toasters were not provided so the fried eggs that were also cooked to order became cold by the time you got them back to the table. We thought the evening meal was dire and without variety. I see from other reviews that the poor quality of the food is mentioned over and over again. Why don’t they fix it?
