I stayed at the hotel from May 14, 2025 for 10 days in building B, it was noisy from the road, but you can close the balcony door. I liked the hotel, great location, the sea is nearby, a chic restaurant and a terrace overlooking the sea, the food is a C, but there is enough choice for every taste. There are quite a lot of sun loungers on the beach, the staff is attentive, the room is cleaned daily, linen is changed every three days, towels were changed daily. In the evenings, live music, performances of dance groups, everything was wonderful and fun. During the holiday, an offer to visit the restaurant once, where everything was delicious with a beautiful presentation. I advise you to visit the spa with a massage, the duration of the procedures is 1 hour 20 minutes, the cost is 25 euros, but you can transfer it in rubles.

We had a great time!! The room is in building B, the view from the room is attached in the photo. The room is spacious, cleaned daily, bed made daily, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap available, replenished when running out. For three people, 1.5 liters of bottled water, also renewed daily. There are no queues in the dining room, although there are a lot of people, the food includes a lot of vegetables in different forms, baked, stewed, and fresh, very tasty cooked. There is not much meat, but there is always something, chicken, turkey, etc. Fish per week 1 time. Fruits include plums, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits, watermelon, melon. The sweets are standard Turkish, everything is delicious. If you compare it with other hotels, they often made spaghetti for dinner on the street; in other hotels they had shawarma, kebabs, and charcoal fish; this was not the case here. But in general, you won’t go hungry and everything is delicious. There are not many young people, there are no parties. There was no Turkish night. Mostly all families with children, middle-aged couples. From animation during the day, volleyball and darts. In the evening there is live music, not every day, everyone dances, a dance group came once. We didn’t see acrobats or belly dancers) As for drinks, there is no bar, waiters serve them, but very quickly and diligently, there are various cocktails, tasty, but you can’t feel the alcohol, good beer and wine. The pool outside is very small, there are no slides, but since there is a sea right next to it, a pool is not really needed. The sea is fabulous, I went out and immediately found myself on the beach, the beach was sandy, a sun lounger was always found, the entry into the water was sand, no stones or slabs. The hotel has a hammam, beach towels are changed there every day. Friendly staff, they will explain everything you ask. The massage is excellent, the massage therapist has a name starting with the letter S)) 10 minutes to the right of the hotel there is a street with shops, a pharmacy, an exchange office, Migros. Go the other way to the left of the hotel along Waikiki Road. Russian cards are not accepted in Waikiki, but in small shops you can pay by transfer through the app using a phone number. On Wednesdays there is a market right behind the hotel. There are things (market version) and vegetables, fruits, olives, cheeses, etc. You need to bargain, and the price can be reduced by up to 80%. We didn’t take excursions from the hotel guide, it was very expensive. We went from Tours with Alik, there is a group on VKontakte, that’s what it’s called, I advise, everything is clear, on time and at a discount) In the group there are photos and videos. Everything is 2 times cheaper than with a hotel guide. We went quad biking, the children (boys 12 and 17 years old) really enjoyed it! Transfer to the place, Alik kindly warned that you need to take glasses and bandanas, cover your face, you could buy them there, but more expensive than in the store near the hotel. We drove off-road, through mud, along the river, complete delight! Also, we took a yacht tour, there was also a transfer from the hotel to Alanya, there was access to the sea on a pirate yacht, music, a small show program, we stopped several times and had the opportunity to dive and swim, with lunch and drinks. Good afternoon, we were on vacation at the end of October 2023. We were very lucky with the weather, there was no wild heat, very comfortable air and water temperatures. We rested for a week, but the impressions were enough for a year ahead. Very friendly staff from the moment you check in and throughout your stay at the hotel. The salesperson in the store is an incredibly nice woman, the reception staff came to help in solving accommodation issues, special thanks to the animators - Yana and Emra, very positive people. Every day there is darts, volleyball, on some days there is live music, performances, trips to the club for those who wish, in general, this holiday will be remembered for a long time. The guys in the restaurant and bar are all very nice and helpful, we really enjoyed it. The view from the 4th floor window is something, I have never seen such beauty, the most beautiful sunsets, sunrises, moon and sun, incredible view🩷

Yesterday we returned from vacation, we stayed at the Ruby Hotel for 12 days, we were delighted with our vacation here. Everything was wonderful, we liked everything! Now, in order. We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight from Moscow, very tired, check-in was planned at 14:00, but we received our room at 10:30, rooms are provided as they are ready for check-in. Our building A was located directly near the sea. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing! We saw wonderful sunrises and sunsets here. Yes, the hotel was built a long time ago, but the room is in good condition, everything is there. (standard set: gels, hair dryer, towels, TV, daily cleaning and change of towels, change of bed linen every 3 days) The food is very decent, but there is not that crazy variety that happens in some hotels of this class, but everything is very tasty cooked (fish meat lamb, chicken), During the day there is a restaurant near the beach, which many people used, one lunch in the lower restaurant smoothly flows into a second lunch in the upper restaurant. The sea is 10 meters from the building, sandy beach, 5+ sunbeds, umbrellas - enough for everyone. Entry into the sea is safe, because there are no stones at all! Air temperature in October is +30 C, water + 27 C. Now about the staff - this is separate! Polite, smiling staff created a complete feeling of home care and warmth. ! We would like to express our special gratitude to the Senior Manager of the hotel Faruk for his professionalism, competence and desire to always help people, vacationers simply adore him. We were on vacation from "Anex Tour" our hotel guide Refik is a talented, charismatic young man, a high professional in his field, he was always available for requests , helped to settle the life of vacationers if questions arose. In our vacation, the “cherry on the cake” was our friend’s desire to come to us on vacation, but she did not take care of the voucher in advance. We turned to hotel guide Refik and senior manager Faruk for help. Faruk found an opportunity to move us to a larger room, with a second room (sales of tours to the hotel were stopped at that time), where we waited for the arrival of our friend. We fly to the sea and we get it 100% in this hotel. The beach is golden sand, the entrance for any child and adult is the most comfortable of all comfortable.
