Beautiful rooms and clean, and there are so many swimming t pool to choose to swim and they are very clean, very close to the beautiful beach. Alcohol drinks is free, juice and water

There is an "Olympic" pool of 50 m, for amateur swimmers it is just paradise, in the sea along the buoys 300 meters for training in open water

Out of season there is not anything to do. Aquapark, inside pool, a la carte restaurants, fruit bars are closed. Buffet is very crowded, long time to catch table for lunch or dinner

This hotel is most for Russian tourists everything was in Russian even music was ,fine by me but I would prefer also something in English when you are relaxing by the pool

Need to walk all around and go through lobby to other beach

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

The private beach is small and on one side where there are no sun beds is full of rubbish and rocks. The sunbeds along the pier all needs replacing as they are worn out

You do have to cross a bridge to get to the beach, watersides and the outdoors theatre. If you leave the bridge you can turn left or right to get into the outlets which sells more fakes and clothes outlet

loved everything was wonderful beautiful place even thank you for everything mainly for the activities of children my children love the food very much the hotel is too beautiful to municipalities people to go to is a paradise loved everything

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

We initially came to Hotel Alan Xafira for a week and subsequently extended for three more weeks! The hotel is located in an excellent part of Alanya amidst the magnificent beaches and serene sea side, offering a mixture of leisure, entertainment, relaxation and outdoor activities

The excellent climate combined with a variety of Turkish and international cuisine, the pool surroundings, garden options and the entertainment scene contributed to us having a very fulfilling, unique and unforgettable experience ! Furthermore, the hotel offers a series of options for guests during their stay including day city trips, outdoor activities and amphitheatre events

I came here with my family for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The hotel had offered everything a 5 star hotel should have. I loved the variety of foods and drinks it had, you had so much to choose from

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! Food was jus horrendous, cold chips and dry fish everyday Staff- A big shoutout to the two entertainment girls Zeynep and Suheyla, you guys made our trip amazing and was the reason we didn’t change hotels! You’re the best!! However 90% of staff do not speak English so it was difficult to...

The food was horrible and mainly catered towards Eastern Europeans, unfortunately couldn’t find any Turkish cuisine which was odd considering we’re in turkey! If you have an allergy then good luck as absolutely nothing was labelled and you had to ask staff what things were

Restaurant- this area was the biggest let down

The rooms could be cleaner and airy. We especially liked the women from the animation team who’s name is Nazerke and a bartender with blond hair and green/blue eyes. Food is also tasty you have several options

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff were very accommodating and unlike other Antalya hotels we tried most spoke good English

Weather held up pretty well when we were there with daytime temperature being above 20 degrees Celsius and good enough to go out with a t-shirt even during the evening

Got a little upgrade at check-in from a forest view room to a sea view, just by asking! Thank you. The staff were always polite and accommodating, though unfortunately most did not understand English well

The customer relations team were very helpful and happy to assist with all sort of problems big or small

The hotel is one of three properties in the resort. The building is well-connected, and all areas are clearly marked. After two hours, guests can move freely without wandering the corridors

Unfortunately the Italian and Asian alcoate was the opposite! Food uncooked, chicken still pink. stick to what you know! Drive from airport is 1 hour 45 minutes - LONG day!

Moc outside space to sit and eat overlooking the pool. Cakes weren't for us but looked nice. Indoor pool was cold but nice in the hot weather. We had a couple of days of rain and thunder and used the indoor pool

They,had gardens behind with fresh produce growing, which would have been really lovely to see (but it's blocked off). Slides only open at set times but there's also a pool

Spa was ok but personally wouldn't use again as felt a bit uncomfortable there. Beach nice and lots of chairs

Lovely cooking stations outside by the pool with fresh food, but this finished early so if like us you like to eat a little later, say 7. 30, most of the fresh outside cooking has finished

The hotel furniture and rooms are new and good...

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

The expansive outdoor pool is a delight, offering ample space for guests to unwind on the beach chairs. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding personnel, especially Berkeley and Ekram

Our family chose this hotel every summer, because it has so many advantages, like long beach line, free WiFi around the area of three hotels, bars with alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, very attentive staff, we especially would like to notice Nevzat, he is respectful and polite

WiFi was free and worked at the beach and across the whole resort (many reviews I saw said otherwise) We went mid September and never had a problem getting a sun lounger on the beach, even when turning up at 10am or later

The best hotel we visited so far in Turkiye! Superfriendly staff (especially Haci Çef, Erdinç, Serkan) great animation, plenty things to do, many bars: pool bar, pier bar, piano bar

We also bought a sea view room, but got only a little sea view, more like a side view. There's a huge and clean pool outside, and a beautiful pier with a bar and steps to the sea to swim

The only diwnside might be if you’re traveling with kids, since the evening entertainment does get loud. Another thing is that, the hotel condemns reserving the beach chairs, does nothing against it however

price/quality is kinda good so very strong 4 , good jetty beach ofc (UAL) always available all drinks 3 bars outside and 2 inside with different type of drinks

the beach is great as well although if you want a deck chair on the pier you’re gonna have to get up very early

Delicious food, daily cleaned room, animation team directed for having fun with kids, night theme parties, well-kept swimming pools, 3 separated areas (main, kids, adults) and many more advantages inlcluding also beach bar with snacks

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

Plenty of fruit!!! The desert buffet is boring, it's all pretty much the same with different colours, overly sweet and little variation. But do mind I'm not really a fan of sweet stuff or baklava

Why they don't just put a few tap it your self. Staffs English ability is not advanced, sometimes not even basic, which van kraag to difficult conversations when you need to ask something

They where out of cola zero or fisetra allot, Water slides are not open all the time, don't know why, but when they are the wait isn't long do you van go plenty of times

It's an absolutely wonderful facility. We had one of our best holidays to date. The rooms are spacious and clean, and every detail has been considered for guest comfort. The F&B department is impeccable

I'd also like to highlight the entertainment team: Selman, Burak, and Alper. You're incredibly energetic, fun, and always positive, and you'll always find something to keep you entertained

It was our second trip to the same hotel. It is very luxurious and you can feel it in the lobby, restaurant and room. Management is absolutely amazing, and staff really well trained and polite

In the hotel you can drive if you are not too choosy. If the next time will be the choice for this hotel, it is possible to get there

Food - Good variety in main buffet, themed dinners every night. Excellent snack choices throughout the day. Drink - Plenty of bars, queues never more than 5mins

This is usually when kids went back into hotel and the beach bar down the bottom had further entertainment e. g bingo, karaoke, live bands etc

Cocktails were slightly poor but beer and spirits were great. Rooms - we stayed in the main block, 2nd floor facing an empty space and another hotel in the distance

There are also premium drink selections in a few places, at pretty exorbitant prices. We never used the pools much as they are not heated and pretty cold at the end of the season, but the sea was pleasant enough

2 hours drive from Antalya airport. Hotel is right infront of the beach. Rooms and bathrooms are quite old but spacious. You need to hop on a taxi to get to the closest the shopping area

We had an early flight and breakfast wasn’t open yet, but they had prepared takeaway breakfast packages just for us. I’ve traveled to many countries with all-inclusive hotels, but this one truly impressed me the most

First I have to say staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for you, all very neat and smart apart from the guy who seems to oversee the restraunt, always wore a fleece and seemed to me to be out of place and quite untidy for a supposed 5 star restraunt, he didn't acknowledge my existence until the last morning when he greeted me

The hotel is fabulous set on the beach front. How ever it's far from alanya centre. You can catch a bus which takes 40/45 minutes. Food is amazing no complaints. The only thing is that flu is going around
