There is an "Olympic" pool of 50 m, for amateur swimmers it is just paradise, in the sea along the buoys 300 meters for training in open water

The rooms are big and clean, furniture is ok, but bathrooms need some treatement and refurbish because the shower spilled everywhere and the drain was mostly clogged. The schedule for the towel system is super annoying

This hotel is most for Russian tourists everything was in Russian even music was ,fine by me but I would prefer also something in English when you are relaxing by the pool

Food is the same every day, very small choice of fruits. At dinner you get previous lunch food just in sauce. They didnt wash or clean floor in rooms for full week, just change towels and make up bed

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

The private beach is small and on one side where there are no sun beds is full of rubbish and rocks. The sunbeds along the pier all needs replacing as they are worn out

loved everything was wonderful beautiful place even thank you for everything mainly for the activities of children my children love the food very much the hotel is too beautiful to municipalities people to go to is a paradise loved everything

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

This may have just been a misunderstanding of mine , plus you are only in the room to sleep so cannot make this a bad review

We initially came to Hotel Alan Xafira for a week and subsequently extended for three more weeks! The hotel is located in an excellent part of Alanya amidst the magnificent beaches and serene sea side, offering a mixture of leisure, entertainment, relaxation and outdoor activities

I came here with my family for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The hotel had offered everything a 5 star hotel should have. I loved the variety of foods and drinks it had, you had so much to choose from

the food was extraordinary, the waiters and everyone superlative. the hotel staff: starting from the reception to the animators and lifeguards, everyone scores 10. we have nothing to complain about

this year you have improved the quality of the food and some very interesting extra services, free of charge: that corn (very good), the coffee area - ice coffee - score 10, the baklava with milk in the evening and many others, much better than last year

an excellent hotel - lonicera world, with clean and beautiful rooms, with everything you need in the room - beware it is a 4* hotel with very good services

sun loungers on the beach, everyone must understand that it is a rule and that you are not allowed on the beach with any other glass than the plastic one

I came here to lonicera 14 august i really liked the doctor office especially from Arzuman and Zehra. Le urez sanatate!!

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

I was sceptical because of the reviews, but in general, the hotel is nice. The food is delicious but became boring after a week ( we stayed 12 days)

We just returned from our lovely 14-days vacation. Long story short, we enjoyed to stay here, but we would like to point a few things to owners / managers of this hotel. Below are some notes about our experience: 1

There is also a mixed aqua park with 5 water slides next to the mixed pool. On the beach there are water sports like para sailing

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff were very accommodating and unlike other Antalya hotels we tried most spoke good English

Weather held up pretty well when we were there with daytime temperature being above 20 degrees Celsius and good enough to go out with a t-shirt even during the evening

Got a little upgrade at check-in from a forest view room to a sea view, just by asking! Thank you. The staff were always polite and accommodating, though unfortunately most did not understand English well

The customer relations team were very helpful and happy to assist with all sort of problems big or small

There is a pretty big kids club with multiple rooms for different activities such as Lego, painting, plastic ball pool, etc. They have a different workshop every hour

She really helped her join in the activities and feel comfortable, which meant a lot to us. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!

I enjoyed the resort. Wish to cone back some day later again.

The food is amazing and there is something for everyone to eat. The rooms are nice with great showers. The facilities are great for both adults and children

We spent most days at the slides pool or the water park opposite the hotel. Yes, it's a bit of a faff walking over but it isn't far and was mu h quieter over there. They had a little park, table tennis and restaurant

Lovely cooking stations outside by the pool with fresh food, but this finished early so if like us you like to eat a little later, say 7. 30, most of the fresh outside cooking has finished

Moc outside space to sit and eat overlooking the pool. Cakes weren't for us but looked nice. Indoor pool was cold but nice in the hot weather. We had a couple of days of rain and thunder and used the indoor pool

They,had gardens behind with fresh produce growing, which would have been really lovely to see (but it's blocked off). Slides only open at set times but there's also a pool

This is our second time coming to this hotel and everything is very nice and fun. The animation team and shows are of very high quality. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the sea is very beautiful

The food in the restaurant is very good and has a lot of variety. We came with our family and we would like to come again and we especially thank EREN from the animation team

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

The expansive outdoor pool is a delight, offering ample space for guests to unwind on the beach chairs. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding personnel, especially Berkeley and Ekram

This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them

I had an option to buy out of the hotel but chose them and all I got was disappointment

WiFi was free and worked at the beach and across the whole resort (many reviews I saw said otherwise) We went mid September and never had a problem getting a sun lounger on the beach, even when turning up at 10am or later

You can use all the bars at the resort so there was a lot of choice on what vibe you were feeling (although the same menu) Cocktails could maybe be a bit stronger but guess that's what you get with all inclusive

I've been to many AI in Turkey over the years, but this by far exceeds all. Faultless, from cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness, helpful, food outstanding, everything so close but yet spacious

The coolest thing is the beach, bartenders, restaurant staff, as well as the presence of a large number of lifeguards on the beach and in the water park

We were given an incredible room with a sea view, from which we watched the sunset every evening

The food in the hotel much, but it is monotonous, and scta all day to bake doughnuts!

The food was excellent, only one minus was the terribly long lines, but the hotel is not responsible for that. The best was the kebab in the snack bar

The beach is beautiful, sandy, a little further from the hotel, about 2-3 minutes walk. The rooms were cleaned, towels changed. Every day there was a program and a lot of fun

It was our second trip to the same hotel. It is very luxurious and you can feel it in the lobby, restaurant and room. Management is absolutely amazing, and staff really well trained and polite

Cleaner was very friendly! Entertainment - Daily entertainment both at the pool during the day and at the stage at night. Main shows were at the stage, good fun and ended around 9pm

We booked to have dinner at the sea front restaurant and although notifying the hotel of my partners nut allergy, we were told we would not be able to dine there

This is usually when kids went back into hotel and the beach bar down the bottom had further entertainment e. g bingo, karaoke, live bands etc

No issues with noise from our hotel or guests, music stopped at 11pm. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily, sheets changed multiple times

I have absolutely zero faults with this resort I just spent 10 days at pegasos resort with 4 other family members and we all loved it ❤️ the hotel is very clean, well looked after

I liked everything, the service is super. Beautiful beach, water slides, swimming pools, cafe, gym. Cons - wifi only near the entrance to the hotel grounds. Fish in the sea just super (tried to take me a couple of times)

A very nice hotel for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach is sandy and just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The food was tasty and plentiful. Shops are nearby.

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Doors that do not lock or close, out of toilet paper and paper towels, and sometimes even dirty as hell that it even makes you want to throw up

Wonderful Stay at Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel Our experience at Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel was truly outstanding

The hotel impressed us with its high standards of cleanliness and overall tidiness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for

The pool bar added a touch of luxury to the whole experience, providing refreshing drinks and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day

The location of the pools and seashore—just a short walk from the main building—made access easy and convenient

Starting from the best hospitality, to delicious food, great housekeeping and super welcoming personel, I am left with nothing other than satisfaction

Cozy hotel located on the beach, all within walking distance, friendly and very helpful staff, the entertainment staff is beyond praise.

First I have to say staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for you, all very neat and smart apart from the guy who seems to oversee the restraunt, always wore a fleece and seemed to me to be out of place and quite untidy for a supposed 5 star restraunt, he didn't acknowledge my existence until the last morning when he greeted me

The hotel is fabulous set on the beach front. How ever it's far from alanya centre. You can catch a bus which takes 40/45 minutes. Food is amazing no complaints. The only thing is that flu is going around

Holiday rep, well, he wanted to sell trips and when I wasn't interested his price dropped, I eventually took the Hamam and wish I hadn't because I was victim to upselling big style, I think I'll never trust another holiday rep

An item of concern to me, I am not the most mobile and the hotel is a bit out of th eway from shops, I was told shops in main town were mainly closed due to off season, so other option was a good 14 - 15 minute walk for someone fit, there were shops clearly used buy locals and most had prices on shelves, Wednesday was market day and I thorioughly enjoued a couple of hours browsing and chatting with...

Good for people who loves russians, they r everywhere and that was annoying. At 7-8 o’clock can not find empty sunbed. People leave towels on the beds, then disappear for all day

I was a bit sceptical about coming here after reading the reviews, I'm so glad I ignored them, as we had a brilliant week here, all the staff are so friendly, and I mean all, the rooms and over all hotel was clean, pool was lovely, BBQ on every night but if you didn't want that there was other foods inside, lovely hotel, I would definitely recommend, and we will be back 😊

The rooms were cleaned throughout, staff swapped towels and bedding every day. Food was fantastic, very well prepared, everything was freshly prepared, the food was not repeating, it was different every day

Great choice of healthy food, bedding changed daily plenty of towels provided. Free ice cream, tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks available all day. The only negative is some of the staff are ignorant.

The pool was also very tidy, cleaned every day. I really recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back next year

There was no technical service at the hotel after midnight the receptionist helped us and adjusted the air conditioning, friendly person he is the only staff member working at night and he does everything by himself
