Great value boutique hotel. Supurb rooms (we had 121 which was a suite with jaccuzi on the balcony). A little out of town so really quiet but you can hear the call to prayer from across town which was lovely. Lovely staff, great breakfast (with stunning view over the bay). Really enjoyed our 14 night stay. Thank you Lucky and Ahmet (last photo) for taking such good care of us. The Roas would definitely be my hotel of choice if I go back to Bitez.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was perfect, with a private jacuzzi on the terrace, absolutely amazing, especially with the breathtaking views. The breakfast was also perfect, delicious, and beautifully served every morning. The only inconvenience was that there wasn’t an elevator, which made it a bit tiring to go up and down. But overall, such a lovely and memorable experience!

Had a lovely stay at Roas. Management and restaurant staff made us feel at home. Rooms are spacious, very clean, fresh towels daily. Staff go above and beyond to offer you the best treatment possible. Stunning views, lovely pool and grest breakfast.10 min drive from Bodrum, quiet and green area. Highly recommended!

We stayed only one night but was very happy with everything. Most extraordinary was the lovely view from the balcony and the amazing Lucky/Serkan who works in the restaurant. Dinner, drinks and the a la carte breakfast in the restaurant was surprisingly good! Cleanliness and pool area was also up to good standard.

We stayed only 1 night but it was overall a nice experience. Stuff was very kind and helpful. View was great, so as the breakfast. For this price I think it was the best option. But bathroom could be little more cleaner.

Nice, well appointed boutique hotel, close to Bitez beach but far enough away to be quiet.
Too cold for the small unheated swimming pool, so nothing to do at the hotel. Would be good to have board games, eg back gammon & cards, for guests to borrow. Great as a base to explore the area and go on boat trips etc. 10 mins walk to the sea front and nice bars, restaurants etc. On a bus route to Bodrum and other places.
Family Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and separate double room, main room with 2 single beds and partly separated lounge, small fridge etc. Shower very hot & powerful. 2 TVs but just 1 TV had an English news channel (US focused). Would be good to have more English channels, Netflix etc. Included Turkish breakfast - very good but a bit boring after 6 days!
Very friendly, prompt service, room cleaned every day. Big beach towels available to borrow. Water and tea/ coffee replenished every day. Noise from the pool next to the bedroom, and on the balcony from kitchen air conditioning - but quiet apart from that. Room aircon very effective. Enjoyed our stay and very reasonable pricing in the off season (end October).

Such an incredible experience. We loved every detail of staying in this beautiful hotel. So wonderful service and amazing staff. A lot of thanks to Elif and Yaprak for assistance, kindness, cooperation and professional.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. View is amazing! Rooms are beautiful and clean. Walking distance to the beach. Definitely will stay again next year.. Special thanks to Elif, she’s been very helpful from the beginning of our stay.

Spent 3 nights with some friends.

The view from the suite was phenomenal. Location is convenient, not too far from anything. Area is quiet and away from all the late night noise.

Rooms were clean and VERY spacious. Beds were comfortable. ACs were fully functional. Kitchen is fully equiped.

On whatsapp they respond very quickly l. And the staff are all kind and very helpful. Elif was especially kind and lovely.

If you're going to Bodrum, this is the perfect place to stay.

Only reason service is 4/5 is because no one was at the reception when we arrived late at night at 3 AM and we had to constantly call until someone came 30 mins later. This isn't the usual, it was just a mess could have been avoided if there was better communication.
