Good and responsive all in all. Make sure to contact them for anything that disturbs you. Not many staff members speak English. The parking situation is a bit of a hassle, only valet but slow so be aware of that. The beach access is great, you will need to reserve your place as early as possible. Fine restaurant. Services can be improved, there is some negligence in most services, they also seem under staffed.

As an American we had a big safety concern when staying at this hotel. I had called for the sheets to be changed for my toddlers bed. The housekeeping worker Samime Siyah walked into my room without permission or knocking when I was changing my child. She walked in and started shouting at my one year old because he had an accident on the bed and she did not want to change the sheets. Who shouts at a baby like that? She made me cry and got no apology from neither her or the GM. She gave me scary looks for the rest of my stay which made me cancel my vacation days earlier as I was staying in a garden room and security was an issue as upon seeing her anger we were not sure what she was capable of. We returned to USA and do not recommend this hotel for security purposes to families with children as the staff can be unpredictable and there is no security on site.

One of the best hotels in Bodrum. It overlooks the marina and there are restaurants and cafes there and small markets. The hotel is wonderful thanks to Mrs. Verdevs and all the employees, they are very respectful and helpful. I really recommend you to come😍❤️

what a great experience we had at Khai hotel .. i was there with my family for 12 days and we had a awesome vacation .. the place is nice and cosy and located right on the beach ..much better then the most hi-end luxury boutique hotels ... the restaurant of the hotel is good and enough choiche from the early morning till late in the night respect for the chef ... and i think price wise its not far fatched like 95percent of Bodrum peninsula we deffinately going back to this small but awesome hotel ...

We had the most wonderful time at Khai Hotel with our family last month! Breakfast was perfect- there were plenty of delicious choices along with the best coffee/tea. The rooms, pool, and the beach were all very clean. We were just a few steps from the beach and the water was just perfect. Every single one of the staff were very welcoming and happy to help us have a pleasant experience. We are thankful especially to Mustafa Karadağ, Doğakan Bekar, and Firdevs, who all worked hard to take care of us and made it a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team at Khai Hotel!

Incredible! Every aspect of the experience was really incredible. This is one of the best, if not the best, holiday experiences I've had. Ahmet, the food and bev manager, told us on the first day, "here, we are a family, please relax and enjoy the place accordingly." Indeed we were made to feel welcome and appreciated as a "family". The food is world-class quality fine dining. I recommend you dine in-house at least a few nights to explore the menu options. The food is certainly not the cheapest, but the value, given the quality, is excellent. The staff were amazing with my kids, and not once did I feel awkward when they were not on their best behaviour. The location, beachfront setting, the grounds, and rooms are great too, but it was the staff who really made our stay perfect. A massive thank you to all.

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.
