Costa Bitezhan Hotel - All Inclusive in Bitez

We truly had a wonderful holiday experience! The hotel's food was delicious and varied. With a generous buffet catering to every palate, every meal was a feast. The desserts and seafood were especially delicious. The drink selection was extensive, and high-quality cocktails, fresh fruit juices, and hot drinks were readily available throughout the day. The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and the common areas were always spotless. We felt very comfortable with the hygiene. The entertainment team really added to the energy of our holiday! While we had a great time with the daytime activities, the evening shows were also professionally prepared and very enjoyable. Having separate activities for children was a huge plus. In short, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both relaxation and fun. See you again!

I just loved it there. Staff were especially kind and always took care of us. Food was okay.

All in all, it was mediocre.. But that was probably because we were there shortly before the hotel closed.. The location is great though.. But as I said, we were in the run-down version there

Great location - 1 minute to the sea, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Excellent all inclusive for the money! The food is delicious - chicken, beef, fish too) good fresh vegetables, excellent watermelons) there is a good selection of delicious desserts)
Drinks - good beer, cocktails took gin with sprite - delicious) dry red wine, white is quite decent)
Rooms - clean, small, with air conditioning, balcony. The furniture is not new, but very decent! We had a regular room on the second floor, the plumbing is updated, the room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, the bed is normal) cleaning, change of towels - every day.

The hotel area is small, but clean! The staff always washes everything)
And since the sea is nearby and there are many cafes and beaches - there is where to walk)
Very polite staff! The guys at the bar, the waiters, the reception and the kitchen - well done!
The only thing is that the carpets in the halls need replacing. Otherwise - very good)

The fact that the hotel is right by the sea is really nice, that was our primary reason for choosing it. The food is good, the beach is sandy, the room cleaning is a bit poor, only the towels were changed, the bed linens were not changed. If you have very high expectations, you may be disappointed. The potential of the hotel is clear.
