Samara Hotel Bodrum Ultra All Inclusive in Torba

Our stay at Samara Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. A huge special thanks to Miss Catharina Vermoesen, who made our experience unforgettable.

We actually had a situation with a previous booking that became non-refundable due to an unexpected airport issue. She was incredibly understanding and immediately canceled our booking free of charge, which we really appreciated. Because of her kindness and professionalism, we booked again at the same hotel, and it was absolutely worth it.

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Thanks to Ms. Catharina Vermoesen, our honeymoon was truly magical. She even arranged amazing room decorations that exceeded our expectations!

We also want to thank the entire hotel staff—they were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our experience at Samara Hotel was perfect, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We stayed in September 2020. The hotel was excellent, the food delicious, and the grounds well-maintained. The only downside was the mosquitoes. The area around the hotel was a bit boring, with nowhere to walk.

The hotel is excellent! It's small, everything is clean, there's a sandy beach and a second part with a staircase. The staff is friendly. The cocktails are delicious. The food is varied. There was always fish and fruit, a grill every evening for dinner, and several types of baklava. The juice bars have decent juices (not from a machine, but from a bag). It's great with children. I don't think it's so great with teenagers. They might get bored. There's no entertainment during the day, but in the evenings there's a wonderful program: dancers, a cover band. We stayed at the end of September and were very pleased!

Our holiday started sour as the room we got was nothing like what we booked. After one night they were happy to change us to another room which was much better. Overall our holiday was enjoyable and we had a great time. Plenty to eat, plenty to drink. That said this is far from a 5 star hotel:
- room noise isolation doesn’t exist
- TV not working, signal keeps breaking
- not enough sun beds for the number of people
- entertainment rooms outdated and old
- unstable WiFi and poor coverage
- no cutlery for dinner
- no baklava, it’s there at 7pm, nothing at 8pm and no further top up
- dirty tables when dining
- no 100% fresh orange juice (it’s mixed with concentrate)
We thought it has potential, but it’s still got a long way to go for a 5 star hotel, currently a solid 4 star!

Our stay was truly amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Hussein the animation team member and Yusuf the barman. The food was a solid 10/10, and the entire hotel was spotless. Services were always prompt and efficient, with no delays.
This hotel is perfect for families, as it offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I only wish there were a few more indoor night activities, but overall, it remains one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

This hotel is among the nicest I have ever stayed in. The food was excellent, the selection of alcoholic beverages was extensive, and the pool was fantastic.

That said, I did notice a difference in the arrival and departure experience. Unlike foreign guests, we were not warmly greeted on arrival, and upon departure we were simply told “have a nice day” without the opportunity to share feedback.

As my feedback, I would suggest improving the internet connection, as it could be much better.
