The hotel's location is excellent, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff was generally helpful. However, we expected the rooms to be a bit cleaner, and the breakfast was average. Checked in for a 4 night stay on the 3rd of July in the Superior rooms x 3 for 6 guests. The hotel is very tired, the furniture and interiors are old. All inclusive is very poor. To get to the sea you have to go through the stadium, thickets and a garbage dump. I did not get the room I booked until my second night, and nothing was done to make up for the very frustrating first night (other than giving me the correct room as if I should be thankful to get the room I booked).
