Lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff always willing to go the extra mile for you. The Pool was always clean and bar open until late. Hotel is a few steps from the beach and about 10 min walk from gumbet centre
Extremely loud music into the night so if you want an early quiet night you won't get it here. Nice size pool but will not be returning

The sunbeds are free for hotel guests, which is very advantageous because normally the prices for sunbeds aprox 10 dollars. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly

The most important thing which makes the difference is the staff. They are so respectful, smiley and reachable whenever you need. Also everybody is so friendly from the owner to bellboy of the hotel

Staff made the holiday 10 times more enjoyable made us feel at home and comfortable the location is A1 close to everything, everything in walking distance 10/10 would recommend and will be staying again
We were extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this place again if we come back to Bodrum. The beaches are just a 5-minute walk away
There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, making it ideal for those who enjoy nightlife. Using the hotel’s own pool was also very convenient

For dinner we simply walked along the Bitez ‘strip’ where there is a vast choice of quality restaurants either overlooking the beach or actually on the beach
Nice small hotel with its own secluded area and pool, right next to the beach and restaurants.
Being the first hotel of Bitez family run, the friendliness of the staff, the advantage of its own parking place, the fact that it is really 0 to the sea, boutique, comfortable, relaxing, close to the center, breakfast is great, there is no flaw in the hotel :D I recommend it to everyone ✔️
Although the coast of Bitez has changed (!), the Shah Hotel has remained the same and preserved its cleanliness and decency. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet holiday

I dropped an equipment and when I put my hand under the bed it was very filthy. The air conditioning was giving the air bad smell. Shower cabinet was broken and there was no shower caddy
They improved breakfast over the years but they should pay more attention to the cleanliness. There were some very bad stains on the sheets, and it seems under the bed was never cleaned

It was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. The pool area is perfect for families as the pool isn't too deep. The hotel breakfast won't be for everyone, mainly salad items

After reading all the reviews I went equipped with a cleaning kit and the expectation of the hotel being bad. I was so pleasantly surprised. We had a family room right by the pool

The place is calm and a real oasis. Offering a small outdoor gym, shower next to the pool, a nice pool and comfortable pool chairs. Fresh pool towels to take from reception
Like the face that we had a good kitchen and balcony was a good size. My only negative is that they don’t offer a courteously room for guests that have late flights so we used the shower by the pool
On the whole it was a great place to stay
Shower head moves around if the water pressure is increased, need to be fixed. Most importantly, the floor tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet and creates significant hazard!! beware of falls!!

We stayed for 2 nights. The location is great, just 2 minutes away from Gümbet and Bodrum. The rooms were huge. It was a 90m2 room. I recommend it.
This is one of the places I want to go back to. It was clean and tidy. Close to the sea, the beach, the market, and everywhere.

Great apartment just across Gumbet Public Beach. 5-10 minutes away from Bodrum Marina. We were transfer here after a Nightmare place near by!

Just back from 2 weeks in Bitez,Stayed in the Queen Boutique. We had a lovely balcony view was very nice. Our room was cleaned twice in two weeks, we had to ask for clean towels more then once
On the welcome card in the room it said breakfast was served from 7. 45am you actually got breakfast, breakfast was fine. Around the pool could be cleaned on a more regular bases
