Siesta Beach & Apart Hotel in Guembet

Cheap and cheerful. Rooms spotless although dated. You have to pay for aircon everywhere these days. Staff were great and food was too.it is right on the beach. 10 min walk into town. Maybe people want the Hilton from a Butlins price tag

Few issues in the room. Ants in kitchen and bathroom but we learnt to keep food tied up and away and reception gave us a spray.

Only air con in bedroom and were 3 of us , so to sleep in living room with no air con in august was a no go. I put the cushions from settee inbetween beds and made a comfy bed, but not everyone would want to do this. I do think it states air con only in bedroom. Couldnt leave patio door open as on ground floor, and loads of cats and kittens. Oh and i nearly forgot there is a tortoise on the grounds as well.

Spacious, seperate kitchen area with table, nice size living room area. Sofas were very comfy. Kitchen area has no toaster, i knew this and brought my own.

We were at the far end of the complex which actually suited us. We went straight up the stairs to the far pool. Much quieter and more relaxed, didnt use the front pool by reception, it was very busy.

Staff in reception were very helpful, very polite and nothing was a bother.

Cleaners came very regularly so no issue there.

There are sunbeds across the rd for people from the hotel on the beach, but i found this end of thd beach quitr dirty compared to the end we stayed at 2 years ago.

It is within walking distance to bars , restaurants, shops, everything. Located very well.

I would return.

The staff are fantastic very helpful and they go out of their way to help you. The food is lovely. Around the pool is kept lovely and clean. In our bedroom we have clean sheets and towels every day a great team they make it lovely each day. So I recommend this hotel for comfort, helpfulness, entertainment, food, and give it a go you will not be disappointed, you will feel like you have had a holiday with plenty of laughter and good fun.

Had a fabulous week here. The hotel staff are great and the bar staff really go out of their way. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are great but under furniture etc could do with being a little cleaner. Not anything that should stop you staying there.
Would recommend The Royal for food. They picked us up and returned us to our hotel, the food was fantastic and the service too.

Very nice hotel, Ideal for families and couples. Nice pools, friendly bar staff, rooms are pretty basic but clean. Beach is very basic as well but has a nice breeze in the afternoon. We like the location because it is the last hotel on the beach but it may be a bit isolated for some. Overall very good value but keep an eye on bar prices

Absolutely fantastic. Only 1 problem I've had. Cleaner's joined mine and my daughters beds and hid rubbish between the beds. They knew we are father and daughter but wanted us to sleep as if it was a double bed. However, the rest of the staff are great and it's a fantastic place to stay. Just the cleaners need to improve. They also left our kitchen sink filthy (we haven't used it yet). Can't fault anything else though tbf.
