A special hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is spacious with a wide variety of food, especially the bread and cheese section. The staff are friendly, especially in the restaurant. Although I only stayed for about 8 hours, it was quite memorable. As a suggestion to improve the customer experience, toothbrushes and toothpaste should be provided as part of the amenities

We had a wonderful restful time at seven for life thermal hotel. The room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. We loved the thermal pools. We would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Overall pretty disappointed with my stay. Staff were nice, but the service and quality of everything was poor.
The breakfast wasn’t even heated through, coffee was burnt, and the bread was salty. Our room was also not the cleanest. I’d avoid if staying in the area.

My only reservation is that the lady at the reception told me to get on the bus that took me to the wrong place, apart from that everything was fine

We are not satisfied with our stay and definitely do not recommend this place. The worst part is the food – almost inedible and the same dishes every single day. The coffee is undrinkable, I’m not even sure it was real coffee. The staff is young, but communication in English is very difficult. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. On top of that, there were constant problems with the internet – very weak signal and frequent interruptions.

Friendly staff. Good pools. Very good thermal pools. Beach shuttle was as per advertised timing and could have been more frequent due to the number of people shuttling between beach and hotel. Food on the Turkish victory day was outstanding. We had one vegetarian in our group and they had limited choice on food but the chef was personally involved in helping with that at times.

For such a “luxury” hotel, the all-inclusive was disappointing. No bottled water available from a fridge, only one key per room (which doesn’t work if one person wants to use the thermal spa and the other wants to rest), and the spa itself didn’t look hygienic.
Our room also had no smoke detector, which is not reassuring after the disaster earlier this year in Turkey.
The “private beach” was shared with outsiders — and they even got priority service. We had to pick up our own food while they were served at their seats. The all-inclusive food choice was basically fries and hamburgers; everything else was extra.
The animation team was friendly, but the mini-disco could be more enthusiastic, and there was none at all on Sundays.
On the positive side, the staff were kind and professional, and it was nice to see a good atmosphere between them and management.

This hotel certainly doesn't deserve 5*.
Despite the fact that it was built in 2019, renovation from 2023.
The furniture on the balcony is worn out, the room they gave you has a view of who knows where.
- the bed is not a single king size, but two single beds connected
- not a summer blanket, but some kind of "towel", it gets cold under the air conditioner, and there is nothing to warm up with.
- there is a small parking lot behind the hotel for guests
- breakfasts are so-so, standard Turkish: a large selection of homemade cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, bread, 3 types of fruit (apples, watermelon, small pears), ready-made omelet, not tasty soy sausage and sausages. There are no normal juices, a couple of ready-made ones from the machine. The coffee from the machine is also not tasty.
- WHY DOES THE REFRIGERATOR ONLY WORK WITH A CARD INSERTED? You can't leave food in the refrigerator!!! Very bad!!!
+ There is a fenced beach club - Nix by Seven for Life, 3.5 km to the beach, 7 minutes by car. A long, extended beach of 3 km +- sandy, because of this the water is muddy, dirty, there is some seaweed. On the beach, the sun loungers were closed and tied at 20:30, but the music was playing further in the bar itself, there were almost no people.
Keep in mind that the hotel is located on the other side of central Kusadasi, where the port and bird island are.
We drove 35-40 minutes during the day by car from the bird island to this hotel. But, it is next to Zeus Cave (Zeus Cave) and Milli Park (National Park). In 5 km.
The hotel will do for a couple of nights, no more.
It is not clear why the prices on the website for 1 night jump so much, sometimes $138, sometimes $1200, sometimes $90... such a range of prices is strange. $100 max for this hotel.

Unfortunately, hygiene is lacking in the hotel. This should be a top priority, especially in a thermal hotel. The bathrooms are dirty and worn. The service staff didn't even smile or appear friendly. As a guest, you were neither greeted nor said goodbye to during your meal, and you didn't feel welcome during your meal either. The food itself is fine; you can't expect much in terms of value for money. But again, I must emphasize the poor service and disinterest of the staff. There was a very unpleasant lack of enthusiasm on the part of the staff. Room cleaning was very poor; they only changed the towels. The swing and slide in the children's area were dangerous; they were only hastily tied together, and the seat belts, etc. were broken. Reception was unprofessional and untrained, with no help when it came to questions and also disinterest. In general, the staff stand there as if they were waiting for the bus and chat among themselves, but don't think it's important to look at or greet the guests. We had booked a massage, and during the treatment, other guests burst into the hammam and washed themselves off. When we asked, we were told that management allowed it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel. There seems to be a clear lack of management or rather, management itself does not exist.
