Snow iş not as good as like at Sarıkamış/KARS but hotel is quite better than other ski hotels. You can find whatecer want related to ski equipments at hotel. Service is nice and restaurant ihdas many options to select. Spa is so proffesionel. Rooms are big enough and decorated in luxary statement

The hotel became a children’s ski school. Having said children they are spoiled out of control creatures running and screaming at the corridors of the hotel. Their families are around and just enjoying the control they get on other guests. It’s impossible to get some rest and peace in the hotel. My smart watch asked me why I am so stressed suddenly. Never coming again

We stayed for 5 days with our 5-year-old daughter on February 27. First of all, we chose this hotel based on recommendations. We went skiing in Sarıkamış Uludağ, but this was our first time in Erzurum. The airport is very close to the city, the hotel is at the bottom of the mountain, has its own lift and ski slopes. You can ski until 8 o'clock. There is a kids club for children, you can leave them there while skating. We chose the hotel for this reason, and it also has a ski school for children. The food is very delicious, there is a lot of variety and there are options for everyone. The pitas and meat are incredibly delicious. The first day I went, I fell while skating and spent the whole day at the hotel because I tore my cruciate ligament. That's why I used the hotel facilities very well. A very good option for those who do not ski. The lobby is very big, the after cafe in front of it is very colorful. You can sit there, drink your tea, coffee and wine, listen to music from DJs and watch the skaters. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel manager Ömer Bey, the cafe manager Erdinç Bey and the restaurant chef Fazıl Usta. They took care of me 24/7. I rested very well and enjoyed it very much. Live music and bar in the evening was very good. My wife and daughter also skied. If you ski well, I recommend going directly to Ejder, the other tracks are not so good. If I go to Erzurum again, I will stay at Sway Hotel. Şenyurt restaurant is the most delicious place to eat Cağ kebab, we ate there, it's a little shabby but nice, on Congress Street. But hotel food is amazing, there is no need. The desserts are legendary, I didn't ski and I just ate, drank and went to bed. :)) Thank you to the entire hotel team.

Best hotel in palandöken with dedicated ski line. Always warm and nice staff. You can have a skipass and use every facility free of charge. January is especially busy due to schools holiday…

I consider one of the best hotels for winter tourism in Turkey. I really like its atmosphere. As soon as you leave the ski storage room, you are right on the slopes. Right next to the slope there is a cafeteria where you can relax after skiing, dominating the entire ski slope. Here you can relax and easily follow the situation of your child on the track.

This is our third stay at the Hotel. The hotel itself is very pleasant, good sized rooms and all facilities are well looked after.

Whilst the previous stays gave been relaxing, this time it has been very disappointing.

The hotel has 4 main ski runs, for most of our 4 days, one of these has been taken over by race training schools. Disappointing as this is the best of the runs.

The hotel management do not appear to care how children behave or misbehave. Specifically going to the lounge for a quiet drink before dinner. There was a crown of children running, screaming, climbing over the furniture, the parents did not seem to care. We asked the waitress, and the reception staff twice if something could be done. Nothing happened.

The general level of service is erratic, dometimes excellent sometimes very poor.
