Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Erzurum

Really good experience, they have shuttle service to Polandoken. Food is good and room service not so expensive. Didn’t try the pool but it looks good

The purpose of our trip was skiing. There's a shuttle to the mountain, and there's a wonderful lounge where you can get your skis and ski passes, relax, and have a meal. The staff and service are excellent. Regarding the hotel: it's located next to a large shopping center, but if you want to explore the city and walk around, you'll need to go. This isn't a problem; you can call a taxi at reception. The hotel staff is friendly, and there's even a Russian-speaking employee who communicates with guests and helps with all their questions, suggesting the best places to eat and what to see. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied. Spa: good saunas, a swimming pool. Various spa services are available; we've used them and highly recommend them. In the hotel reception area, in the late afternoon, you can relax and drink Turkish tea, cookies, and nuts. Overall, the hotel's remoteness wasn't a problem. Regarding skiing: the slopes are wide, not crowded on weekends, and there are no lines at the lifts. We were lucky with the weather: sunshine and no frost. However, it was cold before we arrived, and there was snow after we left. But that's possible at any resort. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a relaxing and skiing holiday.

Beautiful contemporary design located next to large park and one of Turkey’s nicest new malls. The rooms are large and comfortable, the fitness center and spa are nice, breakfast was delicious, and staff hospitable. Would definitely stay again

The room smelled of cigarettes and had not been aired. The shower water was not very hot. Other than that, it was comfortable.

You can go to the ski resort in just 12 minutes, there is a shuttle from the hotel every day at 10:00 and 11:00.
Breakfast and meals are very good

Everything was perfect except that it was a little bit far from downtown. I also enjoyed the big chef right outside the building.

The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.
