It was our first time in Turkey and after staying at this hotel and in Bodrum we will defiantly be returning. The staff couldn't do enough for you from the moment you arrive to when you leave. Taking your bags to the room giving you details of where everything is, to getting you drinks and helping you with everything. The staff were so lovely couldn't fault them one bit. Rooms were clean and very big. Myself, my partner and a 15&18 year old went and there was everything to keep them entertained. In the day there were water activities, playing darts, good music to entertainment in the evening every night but Sundays. The Animation teams were incredible! Great location! Taxi bay right by the hotel, hotel opposite the beach don't have to fight for sunbeams and we want peak holiday time. Couple of shops by the hotel but a short taxi ride or walk into gambit are all the restaurants and shops. There were so many cute kittens playing but didn't disturb you during dinner compared to other hotels I've stayed in. They are clean and well looked after. Overall a wonderful experience, will be returning and recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you Jasmin Beach, see you soon!

A good, sedate hotel for a cultural getaway. Incredibly delicious cuisine—the pastries are a subject for another story—and a beautiful setting, surrounded by palm trees and all sorts of pink flowers.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The welcome was warm and effortless, with staff who genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Anne the Manager was so helpful with any questions we had . All staff from reception to cleaners were so polite .Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was immaculate beds comfortable not in room much but it was lovely. Food in restaurant was outstanding — fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with options to suit everyone. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was great. What really made this stay exceptional was the service. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The staff all work so hard . We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for comfort, great food and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. Definitely booking for this summer again . Highly recommend — 10/10! ✨

3rd year in a row to this hotel. Staff are fantastic! Food excellent every meal, great selection. Private transfer to hotel is quick and easy. September still great for sunbathing but water very cool in the pool! Views really good, and only 10 min walk from all the local shops. Beach directly across small access road. Highly recommended

Rooms are small but clean. Location is fantastic. Close to both the city and water front. Good quality and variety at the buffet each evening. Pool area are super. Good view to the sea from the pool bar. All staff are polite, friendly and informative. I would definitely like to come here again.

My daughter & I visited in Oct 2025, so disappointed, arrived at 1am, no bedding in our room other than a bed runner, plug sockets loose & not working, door lock wouldn't work from inside, at 2.30am housekeeping entered the room, threw in two quilts which were uncovered, filthy, stained! Shower wouldn't drain which caused the water to overflow into the toilet area, slip risk so we had to take shorter showers! No room available to switch, apparantley ! Food was so below par, hot food was cold, stale cereal at breakfast, best part was watermelon 🙄. The gym was disgusting, obviously not cleaned daily, weekly, chewing gum left on machines, sweat marks all over equipment, build up dust everywhere, floor mats rotting from not being cleaned! Cigarette butts & ashtrays around the rooftop pool not emptied. Entertainment, well there wasn’t any really! This should NOT be classed at 4 star! Very disappointed.

The Jasmin Beach Hotel has become like a second home for me. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The all-inclusive offer is served as a rich and very delicious buffet. Anne Kremer, the heart of the hotel is always there for the guests and takes care of everything and everyone. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Three pools invite you to relax. I always like to come back and look forward to seeing you again.

If you're looking for a place to relax, this hotel is an absolute must. For the fourth year in a row, we chose this hotel, and it never disappoints. The easy-going atmosphere, friendly staff, and laid-back beach vibes make it perfect for a carefree vacation. Additionally, the extensive buffets with delicious dishes are a daily highlight, offering something for everyone! In terms of value for money, this hotel is definitely a great choice.

We had two rooms… one with me, my husband and our two babies 3 month and 18 month. The other with our oldest son who is 8 and the grandparents. The staff were amazing couldn’t do anything but to help they loved our children making sure nothing was a problem. There performance was the best entertainment we seen. They had something going on every night to keep everyone entertained. The views around the Hotel and from the hotel were spectacular. The food was amazing all Turkish with some English styles but the Turkish food was a lovely experience trying loads of various things!!! The rep for jet2 was a lovely lady who sat with us a few times just to see how we were and for a little chat. The cleaners were in everyday cleaning with fresh towels and were happy to see everyone on a morning. The hotel spa, with the Turkish bath was relaxing and therapeutic. The photo has photographers that knew us by name and loved seeing us enjoy or holiday!! Over all this hotel was amazing, it was sometimes a little busy but thats all I could find that was bad with this hotel. Thank you for making our first family holiday.

We loved our stay at jasmin beach hotel the reception staff were amazing in particular JJ who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We also visited the spa on site on our first day . I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Emin who is very professional and a delighted to chat with...I would highly recommend the Turkish spa its fantastic treatment. The entertainment staff are amazing! In particular Amri would is very funny and amazing at his job getting everyone involved to make sure you enjoy your hoilday. I would most definitely stay here again.
