We are satisfied with this hotel. It is so special and unique that we never see hotels having similar environment and style before. Breakfast is also in the first level. We strongly suggest you to choose this hotel if you plan to visit Kalkan. This is close to the sea and with excellent service and food.

We had the most amazing stay for our anniversary. The girl is simply beautiful with good service. We had a room upgrade which was amazing. During the day we also had both pools to ourselves in Aug this was a surprise. In the evening they decorated our table it looked simply beautiful and the food was amazing. Best hotel ever! We stayed in the three guests garden terrace suite, with both beds being extremely comfortable, and an impeccable view to wake up to. The room was very clean and decorated with such charm. The service throughout the stay was impeccable, all staff members were so friendly and willing to help. I loved everything about this hotel, would highly recommend, and am definitely coming back

The environment is quite good, but the service attitude is so-so. I feel like seeing Chinese people is like seeing a mobile ATM. They are so naive! I stayed with my children in a double room with one large and one small. The children were not allowed to swim in the swimming pool and had to pay extra fees. It was outrageous!

We stayed in May and found the staff to be very friendly and the hotel pools and surrounding areas to be immaculate. The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes. The pool bar serves all your favourite tipples and the beer is always ice cold. If you do visit take your own beach towels as they are not provide.

We have been there for only one night and we wanted to stay there many more days. Didem the girl from the entrance knows how to treat the clients and she was all the time trying to help, she waited for us with the clean rooms, air conditioning on, water, etc. I strongly recommend this place and it has amazing views. Came back from a holiday here earlier this week. We had a smashing time - our swim up room was a good size with plenty of storage and a good shower. Very clean and the amazing view from the pool is lovely. Ossie - bar manager was efficient and friendly and all of the staff were excellent. We would definitely come back.

We took a break from eating in town and discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant- what a delight. The best food yet in Kalkan, a culinary delight, and fabulous service and views. Strongly recommended.

This property has arguably the best views in all of Kalkan. The staff are absolutely lovely- personable and kind. The only gripe is that some facilities are not quite up to scratch at that price point. Would still go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place with a great sunset view. The area was clean and well kept and the staff were very kind. The salads were good and breakfast was also of good quality. Stayed here with my family. We got a 75m2 room and the view is amazing. People working are very friendly and it is like you are part of the family. Street is cousy and there are markets and restaurants in front of the hotel. Amazing value for the money we paid. Higly recommended.

It is a decent, affordable hotel. Staff was nice. Wifi was terrible from the room we stayed, decent in the common area. Location is quite far from the city center so you must get a cab or travel with your own car to go to public beach / city center. Breakfast was nice however breakfast time was too late for us, starting around 8:30am.

We’ve just had the best meal we’ve ever had in Kalkan. Walked past every night for 8 nights and gave it a go on our last evening. Amazing food and service. The meze starters were like something we’ve never had ever before! You must go - it’s definitely one to try. The service and the food was outstanding and this has by far been our most memorable dining experience.

Hotel location is perfect, only a few minutes from the beach. Rooms were small but nice and clean. The gentleman at the reception was really nice and helpful. Breakfast is quite delicious and fresh even though it wasn’t a buffet like other big hotels. They serve each person a plate but honestly it was really good with fresh omelette. The resort is huge! We stayed in the main building, which is close to the reception and restaurants. The scenery was absolutely stunning, breathtakingly beautiful, every view was photogenic. Definitely stay here with a friend who loves taking great photos! However, breakfast is simple, just a set meal.

Lovely place with a quiet relaxed atmosphere and escape from the hustle and bustle of the Turkish cities. My only regret is that we only planned to spend one night here it would've been great to spend the whole week here!

The hotel has an amazing view and a great location — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the room itself is quite basic and could use some improvements. Service was on the slower side, and unfortunately, the reception staff were not very helpful when assistance was needed. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most amazing hosts. I was staying alone and I was made to feel very welcome. Superb breakfast, the room was stunning. The best location, in the old town and a short walk to the wonderful public beach, harbour and restaurants. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Kalkan is a wonderful place to go The Courtyard is the place to stay We have stayed at The Courtyard and The White House many times Both superbly run by Halil and Marion Having breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the bay is an absolute delight. What a wonderful gem of a hotel. We needed an extra few nights after being at a villa nearby and wanting to extend our stay in Kalkan and we are so glad we chose the Courtyard. Don’t worry about lack of pool it’s 2 mins to beach … lovely comfortable rooms, hot powerful showers, delicious breakfast and the team running it are a joy. Sit in shaded corners and soak up the ‘old’ Kalkan… bliss

Such a beautiful building, very traditional and very comfortable rooms. Peaceful beautiful gardens to relax in and great location, quiet but near the Old Town village centre. Just returned from a 2 week stay and a big thank you to Marian, Halil, "Nigel", Julia and all the other staff for looking after us so well. The breakfasts are stupendous!

Spent 5 days in this super hotel in October 2025 with 3 girlfriends. The Oasis is a beautiful, adult only, boutique hotel with amazing views, a rooftop restaurant with delicious food and the most attentive staff you would wish to meet. Rooms were comfortable and every need was met. A short walk downhill to the bristling town centre and an uphill walk back. Taxis are about £4 one way. I would definitely...

My 18th visit to the Oasis and what can I say!! Service second to none. Food and drink amazing. Cocktails are the best. The rooms are spotless. The staff from the chambermaid/man to the restaurant, bar, reception and management amazing. Thank you for another memorable experience.

We are currently staying here (hotel review below this is the restaurant) but we dined here last night. The views are unbelievable and it is a special rooftop restaurant with an extra added class in comparison to other restaurant's in the area. Another stunning stay at the Oasis!!! They just can’t do enough for you- the staff are amazing and the hotel has such a great vibe around the bar area. We stayed in the new building with 13 new rooms, we booked the new penthouse with the plunge pool, top class room with views to die for! Already booked for 2026 and 2027.
