Kalkan Dream Hotel in Kalkan

The most friendly and welcoming family run hotel. Yeliz and Ergon and their team simply could not have done more to make our stay perfect. The rooms and the entire hotel was spotless. The large pool is fantastic with the most amazing sea view. There is a sea view from just about every room. We spent two weeks in September 2025 and although we are seasoned ‘Kalkaners’ we had not stayed at Dreams before but will definitely do so again. We felt as if we arrived as guests and left as friends !

This was a great find on a late Saturday afternoon for us. The host was very kind, comfortable and beautiful, well equipped rooms, wonderful view of the sea and Kalkan port from our balcony, couple of minutes from all restaurants and the beach. Great for short and long stays.

Although we have been coming to KALKAN for many years this was the first time at the Dream. To say that we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. On arrival were welcomed by Yeliz and her husband Ergun and we immediately felt like we had been coming to the Dream Hotel for years. We had a lovely room that was cleaned daily thanks to Elif. The view from the balcony was awesome and having a tea in the mornings on there was a great start to the day. Service was 5* plus and nothing was too mich trouble for Yeliz and her staff. The breakfast was first class and served in the friendliest of atmospheres , everyone chatted and shared stories and advice. Ergun provided the morning entertainment with his wit and sense of humour. Don’t underestimate this guy, the knowledge and advice he shares is so valuable and he is so generous. The pool is always clean and great for people who like length swimming. Sun beds are plentiful and so comfy. The location is great as it’s in close proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. The weekly market is a 5 minute walk up the road which is a great place to get pancakes and fresh orange. We can’t finish this review without mentioning Betul, a young lady who made our stay there even more special . The little touches, like remembering our drinks requirements, bringing out drinks to us whilst we lounged on our sun beds. It was sad to leave, but we will be back, Ergun , thanks for the gifts

My wife and I have just returned from a 17-night stay at the Dream Hotel. The hotel is very well equipped and the staff are amazing, they did all they can to ensure that all our needs were catered for. The breakfast choices are excellent and all cooked to order. The bar / breakfast / lunch area looks over what must be one of the best swimming pools in Kalkan, with plenty of space and sunbeams to enjoy the sunshine. Another major benefit is that the hotel is situated within three minutes walk of the town. We have already booked for next year.

Our 2 week stay at the lovely family run Dream Hotel was just wonderful in every way. From the moment we arrived the owners and staff looked after us, making us feel at home, so comfortable and spoiled. It's a small traditional hotel in a great location, immaculately clean with a beautiful pool area. We were treated daily with homemade cakes, fruit and ice-cream by the pool. They are an exceptional family working together to ensure you have the best holiday. They host a Mezze evening for all the guest's with fabulous homemade food and made our friends birthday so special. Kalkan is beautiful and we will definitely be returning to stay with our Dream Team. Marion and Bill

We have been coming to Kalkan for 8 years and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The couple who run the hotel really care and always make the visit memorable. At the same time it is unique, the best thing to do is go with the flow and you’ll have a fab time. The food is excellent, prices reasonable and the pool area is one of the best I’ll seen. There is normally a meze evening once a week, highly recommended! Rooms are clean, traditional and have their own little quirks but it adds to the experience. All staffs are lovely, they work hard and really make your holiday special. I can’t image staying anywhere else, location is just outside the old town and it’s only a short walk to the edge of the old town. Guests come back year after year but it’s not clicky, all new guests are made to feel welcome. If you have a special occasion let them know and they’ll work with you to make it memorable. I know that everyone has their own favourite hotel, this is mine and as long as I come to Kalkan I will never stay anywhere else!

One of the best hotel in Kalkan Antalya. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Location is great and close to city center , restaurants, bars and beach. Highly recommended.

Excellent hosting, clean swimming pool, decent breakfast and beautiful view. The view of the sea is just breathtaking. The owner was very kind and helpful with their advice and which saved us lots of money in eating. Cons: Plumbing in the bathroom needs some attention.

Lovely clean, family run hotel in a good position in Kalkan. Rooms weren't huge but very clean and comfortable with a balcony with a superb view. Breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely with plenty of sunbeds. We would definitely look to stay again.

I stayed there with my two boys. Family run small hotel. I booked a rate with breakfast which ended up being a good idea since breakfast was good. The hotel and rooms were clean, quiet, AC run well. We had good sleep every night. We went to beach clubs and nearby beaches. There are many dining options within a short walk. There was secure parking for our car. We used the pool on the morning before we left and it is a good size pool to do even lap swimming. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
