Hotels with pool and beach in Kalkan

They are polite, friendly and very helpful. Our leisurely lunch was simple, good fresh food. We did not dine with the in the evening so I cannot comment on the menu. In my experience this is the best beach clu in Kalkan

It was great to have a private area for hotel guest sunbeds at the beach club, as it meant there were always beds available. We also loved taking the free water taxi over to Kalkan in the evenings

We’ve just returned from 10 lovely days at Hotel Villa Mahal in Kalkan. After visiting Kalkan 6 years ago and spending a day at Mahal beach club, myself, my mum & sister couldn’t wait to stay at Mahal this time around

That did mean lots of steps up and down to the restaurant/beachfront, but if you’re generally active this is very doable and shouldn’t put you off

The breakfast/lunch hotel staff absolutely made our stay and deserve a huge shout out, particularly Burhan and Hasan who were so friendly and attentive every single time we saw them, memorizing our orders and helping us with whatever we needed

Struggle to think of ways in which this hotel could improve - but it would be difficult for less mobile guests due to all the steps. Lift only covers two floors, not all the way down to the main pool and bar

Came back from a holiday here earlier this week. We had a smashing time - our swim up room was a good size with plenty of storage and a good shower. Very clean and the amazing view from the pool is lovely

Pool room 601 is amazing, acres of space but a little in need of some TLC. Short walk from the hotel brings you to two supermarkets, a great chocolate/waffle house and a coffee shop

We took a break from eating in town and discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant- what a delight. The best food yet in Kalkan, a culinary delight, and fabulous service and views. Strongly recommended.

Didem the girl from the entrance knows how to treat the clients and she was all the time trying to help, she waited for us with the clean rooms, air conditioning on, water, etc

Spent 4 nights at Soothe Kalkan. Can’t say enough about the service and helpful staff. From restaurant to historical site recommendations staff was awesome. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the bay below

only 200m away from the sea, really good view loved their cafe, bar, and restaurant. The pool was interesting considering it was filled with sea water, really bothered us because it stung our eyes and other stuff

Been there in September, stayed for 1 week. Soothe hotel is similar to hotels in santorini, white painted with blue windows. The rooms is spacious and clean

Visited the beach club twice. Loved it. Very chilled out and the sunbeds so comfy. Staff were great. Loved the taxi boat ride across the bay.

The beach club is amazing and the service for food and drink is excellent. We had dinner here on our last night and wish we had done it before. Food was excellent and service was great

Empties etc and mucky tables left unattended for long periods of time. No drinks service at your table around bar / pool / beach area which is unusual for this part of the world

NEGATIVES - Found the sun beds hard and uncomfortable. Would advise bringing a portable cushion. Nearly all staff on their phones all the time at any opportunity. Surprised this hasn’t been mentioned in previous reviews

The staff although inoffensive would sit for hours on end on their phones especially around the bar area when sometimes it was hard to get their attention to order drinks despite the area being practically deserted

Staff members playing videos on their phones and FaceTiming for hours on end without earphones. When this happened on a third consecutive day around the bar area we did complain and it did stop while we were there

Just wanted quiet drinks in the bar enjoying the lovely views

Management really need to think about elevating the guest experience - it would also surely make business sense to offer a proper drinks service and keep the staff off their phones, looking after guests and keeping areas clean and tidy

Run by a family that are truly welcoming and made our stay in Kalkan memorable. Exceptional value for money, rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Fresh towels and bedding almost every day. Relaxing and pretty pool area

The pool is a plus, and the owner is also a very kind person: he found a way to help me with a flat tyre, calling the renting company and finding a place that fixed it

Lovely place to stay the room was clean and had everything we needed, pool area was nice and clean also. Very friendly guy who runs the place would happily stay again

Location is quite far from the city center so you must get a cab or travel with your own car to go to public beach / city center. Breakfast was nice however breakfast time was too late for us, starting around 8:30am

We got a 75m2 room and the view is amazing. People working are very friendly and it is like you are part of the family. Street is cousy and there are markets and restaurants in front of the hotel

Wonderful hotel! Everyone is very responsive and helpful, especially Nesli! The sea is crystal clear, sun loungers are everywhere, towels are provided, delicious breakfasts! The rooms in the main building are cozy, we stayed in 813 and 825 with a sea view - the view is gorgeous

The downside was that the rooms were a bit old, but the beautiful Mediterranean Sea view from the balcony made us temporarily overlook the room's age

Secondly, we arrived to an amazing clean hotel with a pool and view of the sea. It is hight a bit so we kinda had to take some stairs before reaching the hotel

We have just had a 10 night stay in the Oase Apartments (apartment 3), the whole place is immaculate and kept so clean, the apartment has 2 balconys, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, large bedroom and lounge area with lots of storage space, the pool area is lovely and so peaceful with plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas, there is also a roof terrace, the location is great, a short walk into...

I feel so lucky to come accross this hotel while researching hotels in Kalkan, First of all I remember booking the wrong dates and calling the hotel telling them about it, the advised me to communicate with the booking website and try yo change, if I couldn't I can come at the time of my vacation and they would help us even if the reservation dates are wrong

Our room was superb, spacius and clean, it had an AC and a tv but no fridge, only rooms with sea view have fridges. It is so calm and relaxing the first day we slept from 7 p. m till the next day in the morning

This means you're not in all the hustle and bustle so get a great night's sleep. The pool is great, the breakfast amazing, the bed fabulous and the owners are fantastic hosts

There are no cars no motorcycles and the place is just what you need as an escape from crazy Istanbul. I wish I could stay here more. The owners are an amzing family apparently so it is a well maintained family business

We were two couples relaxing at the end of a busy 18 day trip around Turkey spending our final days in Gelemis, near Patara beach

Arif, the friendly manager of Dardanos is really what makes this little hotel stand out! By the end of our stay we felt like we’d made a friend

He gave us tips on walks and places to visit like the local fruit and vegetable market where we bought kilos of olives and tahini to take home! Dardanos was comfortable with large bedrooms and a wonderful pool in the pretty garden which we appreciated after walking every day down to the beach visiting the ruins, and a day trip to Kas which we loved

I hadn’t been here since the late 80s so was nervous it might have changed beyond recognition. It is still quiet, welcoming, friendly and very charming

No one is collecting the butts - it’s a blight on a protected area, and what was once a stunning pristine beach. There are plenty of bins, but people don’t seem to get that they aren’t biodegradable

We had the most amazing stay for our anniversary. The girl is simply beautiful with good service. We had a room upgrade which was amazing. During the day we also had both pools to ourselves in Aug this was a surprise

I will definitely return, but next time I’ll choose a cooler season, like September or October, as the heat during my stay was quite intense

The children were not allowed to swim in the swimming pool and had to pay extra fees

The designs of the hotel's public areas and rooms are very exquisite and coordinated, so beautiful that it makes you cry. The only point that can be found to deduct points is that the hotel's WiFi is basically unusable

Best hotel ever! We stayed in the three guests garden terrace suite, with both beds being extremely comfortable, and an impeccable view to wake up to. The room was very clean and decorated with such charm

On 3 occasions we could not get a sunbed so we had to go to the beach clubs which cost us more. People in the hotel that had friends staying elsewhere were also saving bed for them

Rooms are clean received fresh towels daily however the balconies are very small the sea view was outstanding being on a higher floor they are a lot of steps up to rooms so not for the less mobile but well worth the view from the room Monday nights where a band played they had everyone up dancing including the staffs from traditional dancing they were excellent met some lovely people during our stay

Pirat Hotel is everything we want and need from a hotel. This is a brilliant 3 star and far better than a medioka 4 or 5 star. Service was provided by the happiest staff we have ever experienced

There is a beach club a short 5min walk down the hill which is lovely (Kalamar Beach Club) and they have a shuttle that takes you back to your hotel

The hotel swimming pools, which is an infinity pool, is beautiful. However, the hotel in general is very tired

Returned to Happy Hotel after 7yrs and it was still just as good. Very clean,staff perfect. Food at hotel very good. Sunbeds excellent with pool towels provided

I have just had a holiday in this hotel and it is great, rooms are very clean and done every day, the location is lovely although I would recommend getting a taxi in to town and back, the staff were amazing very friendly and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable

The hotel exceeded our expectations given what we paid for our holiday. Breakfast was included and, although simple, had fresh fruit, bread for toast, cereal, and done hot options (omelette made to order)

The hotel pool was never crowded and there was no silly fighting over loungers (perhaps because the hotel put out their own towels). Pool water was an excellent temperature in August and I loved to swim in it

The only thing I would say could be a bit better would be breakfast. Theirs something to eat but gets a little boring. Maybe some pastries or something every now and again. The pool and view is stunning

We booked a room with two panoramic windows (in two walls) with a sea view, but upon arrival, they gave us a room with separate beds (apparently, the panoramic one only has a double bed, and there were two of us)

The hotel is in a small town, about 10 minutes' walk from the coast. People come to this place for tourism. The hotel has a good location, low room rates, and is clean

Don’t underestimate this guy, the knowledge and advice he shares is so valuable and he is so generous. The pool is always clean and great for people who like length swimming. Sun beds are plentiful and so comfy

We spent two weeks in September 2025 and although we are seasoned ‘Kalkaners’ we had not stayed at Dreams before but will definitely do so again. We felt as if we arrived as guests and left as friends !

The breakfast was first class and served in the friendliest of atmospheres , everyone chatted and shared stories and advice. Ergun provided the morning entertainment with his wit and sense of humour

On arrival were welcomed by Yeliz and her husband Ergun and we immediately felt like we had been coming to the Dream Hotel for years. We had a lovely room that was cleaned daily thanks to Elif

The view from the balcony was awesome and having a tea in the mornings on there was a great start to the day. Service was 5* plus and nothing was too mich trouble for Yeliz and her staff

Although we have been coming to KALKAN for many years this was the first time at the Dream. To say that we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement

Most rooms have a fridge and all have air conditioning which is a must in the summer months! The pool area is brilliant, with plenty of really comfortable loungers and the pool itself is a good size and depth - we spent a lot of time in there with the kids! Breakfast is also an optional extra which I definitely recommend - traditional Turkish with products fresh from their own garden

Ali, Sarah and their children could not have given us a warmer welcome. We needed somewhere for the day before heading to the airport. Spotlessly clean, pool fabulous and lunch was delicious

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped - we were lucky enough to stay in two different seaview rooms during our stay which had the most incredible views

Compared to hotels outside Kalkan - mediocre, no Wi-Fi, the hotel is a bit far, no special view of the sea (probably the main reason for visiting). For Kalkan - overall tolerable, considering the price

Me and my wife have returned back to Kalkan and staying at the Lizo hotel for the first time I think it outstanding value and the meze and bbq food was outstanding couldn’t do enough for you best meal iv had in Kalkan The Turkish breakfast what they serve daily on the roof top is out of this world well done to Ali and family 🙏

There was live Turkish music on one of the nights which attracted many customers to the restaurant. The location is close to the beach, down a hill. There is a short walk to the dolmuş stop

The meze starters were like something we’ve never had ever before! You must go - it’s definitely one to try. The service and the food was outstanding and this has by far been our most memorable dining experience

The hotel was perfect for my short stay. The room and bed were warm and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, adequate and delicious. The staff were welcoming and helpful

I noticed that there was some black mould on the bathroom ceiling which I assume will be cleaned during the winter. There was no television in the room - it wasn't necessary for me, but maybe other guests would want one

Our stay at The Old Town Hotel was truly exceptional. Paige, the host, went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a second home

The owner was accommodating and helped us call a taxi to take us to Kaputas beach. I saw him grab a card from the driver and repeatedly explained what time we needed to be picked up

This hotel is blocks from the beach and right in the middle of everything so parking will be tough (but free). The hotel has its own restaurant too and their breakfast was lovely

The only thing is that the window has sheer covering so I had to grab one of the towels to make sure no one can peek into the window since we are two women down on the ground floor

The cook lady is sweet and the waiters are also friendly. It’s walking distance to everything so we do think that it is extremely valuable

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and have lots of character and the beautiful courtyard garden is the perfect spot for a read or G&T (if you fancy a change to the roof terrace and the glorious sea views from there)

Don’t worry about lack of pool it’s 2 mins to beach … lovely comfortable rooms, hot powerful showers, delicious breakfast and the team running it are a joy. Sit in shaded corners and soak up the ‘old’ Kalkan… bliss

My room was spacious and full of light, with a full balcony overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast terrace is seaside, the beach is a 5 minute walk directly down the hill

The Oasis is a beautiful, adult only, boutique hotel with amazing views, a rooftop restaurant with delicious food and the most attentive staff you would wish to meet. Rooms were comfortable and every need was met

My parents stayed in the roof top plunge pool room which again was a fantastic room the views are unbelievable and they also had a huge balcony they enjoyed staying on

I don’t really know what else I could say I’ve never felt so at ease and relaxed on holiday as I always find something to stress about but there was nothing here, the air con was cold and so was the fridge everything was just spot on

Staying here truly feels like home — peaceful, with a warm atmosphere and great energy to relax and recharge. There’s no sandy beach, but you can jump straight into the sea or enjoy the small seawater pool

A budget hotel perfectly placed on the outskirts of Kalkan. Right on the waters edge with private bathing and sunbathing. Clean and tidy hotel room and staff who always seemed to be on hand whatever time of day

If you’re looking for the best view and the friendliest staff, Caretta is the place to be. Murat, the owner, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available if you need anything

Not for children, water too deep. Beds okay the whole place needs maintenance. Had to request, room to be cleaned, beds to be changed, bins to be emptied. Very expensive for single occupancy so shouldn’t have to ask

You have direct access to the sea via their beach club which is perfect for individuals who enjoy a more peaceful relaxing vibe, unlike traditional beach clubs who blast music all day long

Maia and the team (especially Saïd) are polite, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was clean, had a balcony, and offered a spectacular view

Breakfast is served indoors, only outdoors: scrambled eggs, hot sausages, all one way, but plenty of fruits, vegetables, and delicious desserts. Coffee is capsule-based, and they heat milk for you

Büşra Hanım made delicious coffee to me and my sister. We were very thankful to spend our holiday True Blue. I recommend this place to people who wants to spend very quality time with quality people and service

The only thing that saved the meal was the caprese salad and the generous pour of wine. Food was served quickly and server was nice

Spent most of our days just chilling by the pool and it was perfect. The staff were honestly the best part – so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel really welcome, like we were part of the family

Just returned from a 14 night break at this lovely hotel. We can fully endorse all of the previous good reviews. The hotel owners were friendly, kind and gracious and Enda the dog made us feel welcome too

Very friendly accommodating staff. Lovely housekeeper who left flowers in the bed one day. Pool was very quiet while we were there. Good lication for local shops and into town and the harbour

The suites are in a brilliant location on the edge of the town with its bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. No complaints and hope to return next year

This place is absolutely fantastic. You are going to feel like you are at your own home and you will not think twice book again. It is close to sea, bars, shops, restaurants. You will fall in love ❤️

The suite had everything we needed for our stay and the large balcony was a great place to spend hours relaxing. It was clean and very comfortable

Superb 10 days at these wonderful apartments. Fantastic staff headed by Emre our apartment was spotless and well appointed

They have 3 small private pools and one big pool in the centre. Murat got us fresh groceries every morning that we needed. Also, there are so many fresh fruit trees. We didn't have to buy fruit for a single time

There are fruit trees growing all around - apples, figs, grapes, peaches etc. There's small private pools in most villas and an amazing large communal pool too. All in all a brilliant place to stay

I can't say enough about this place. I had such an amazing holiday at this Place. The owner and Murat both were so helpful and always there to solve your problems. We booked all of their cottages

It's only 40 minutes drive from Patara beach, 40 minutes drive from Saklikent National Park, and I think somewhat the same for a boat tour to kalekoy/kekova

We had a great time at Kleo Cottages. Communication with Mubarra is easy and she is extremely helpful. The cottages are all very clean and spacious (we were in a large group so booked 3)

Lovely, quiet out of the way location, yet still quite close to beaches, the center of Kalkan (maybe 8 - 10 km) and Kaş ( maybe 25 - 30 km).
