There is a shuttle each 5 min for the elderly that can take you to the aqua and luna parks. (These parks are a huge plus to the hotel). Kongo jump and yoga are impressive with Sevgi

Excellent very clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. Wide range of this for the children to do outside activities would be great or like football, dodgeball etc

We are delighted with the staff, especially Gokce and Angelina. they are so dedicated to the guests. playing darts was the best part of our day because of them

The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help – for every question or concern we had, they provided a solution or an answer

Yes it's a little dated and the shower is a little small but it had everything we needed and was cleaned on a daily biases. Plenty of storage for all four of us and the beds were very comfortable

We have just returned from Ali Bey Park and as a family, we would have to say this is one of the best holidays we have been on for a very long time. The whole stay and experience was exceptional

Yes it's a big site but once you get your bearing, it's quite easy to navigate using the grid system and the maps located at every water feature. We ate at four of the restaurants and never struggled to get a table

Great atmosphere, unlimited foods and drinks. Polats travel was amazing special mentioned to Zuhal and Yeusuf. The beach and the other amenities are clean. Entertainment are good and mix

The setting for the site is just amazing and we loved the fact that you have your own little block for accommodation and not your standard large hotel

Super hotel with a large territory, neskolko pools, bars too much, the food is also very delicious, the staff kind of come down the beach with harsh stones but it will come down and lastly the show is cool)))! The season is mid-August and September

Nice green area with blooming grenades, trees with lemons, oranges. On site many pools, bars, tennis courts, football, basketball and Golf

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

This hotel was absolutely stunning and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The place was kept immaculately clean. The gardens were just amazing.

In the evening at the amphitheatre concerts and shows. Delicious food in the restaurant for every taste with themed dinners. Stay in may and was a success!

The staff is friendly and kind. The hotel is especially great for families, with fantastic swimming pools and water slides. There’s also a kids club and plenty of activities every day :-) We will happily come again

Every day they changed beach towels in the house by the garden, so there is no need to bring your own from home. Every day they cleaned the rooms, refilled the water, changed towels, mopped, and dusted

And one huge plus: they don't use umbrellas, they installed some kind of tent for shadowing, much better than umbrellas!

For undemanding clients, this hotel is sufficient. Hotel Club Nena is 5*, but it is more of an older type of 5* hotel, it is just maintained, nothing new. We were there with our family in May this year

Everything worked as it should, except for the sea pier, which was being repaired at the time, so it was not open. The beach was cleaned every day, clean

The bell boys were amazing and so helpful. The whole resort was amazing, we didn't want for anything, everything was so clean the pools were cleaned every single night, our room was cleaned daily and mini bar topped up

Our holiday was enjoyable and this is the hotel we would consider going back to. The meals were good, the beach was very close, the late night’s shows were astonishing

Bingo shows are boring and lengthy. 3) mini discos because they play repetitive songs every day. Presenters are not expressive, it seems like they cannot wait until this all ends. 4) starlight restaurant is over crowded

Indeed, we would criticize : 1) hotel rooms (sunrise hotel needs renovation) 2) master of ceremony (the host of entertainment shows). His jokes are strange and his manner of interacting is not okay

Firstly, the staff are incredible, particularly the Entertainment team, led by Oskar, the main man and an extremely hard worker. The events and energy the whole team provide is the best I have ever experienced

We liked it here overall and would come back. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food and restaurant experience as well as pools - all is good. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and the disco in the evening

Good beach, food is excellent and varied! BUT the hotel is for young people very boring! Disco (if you can call it that) does no!

We had e great experience, the employees were very friendly, lots of acitivities during the period of staying. Room was well cleaned. Food was ok. Overall in this resort every thing were exellent.

It was our first stay in the hotel, but we will come back next year. Everything was above our expextation. The food was tasty, the staff was super friendly

Towels are changed daily upon request, and the beach is very close – a big plus for families or those who want quick access to the sea. The staff is friendly and approachable — communication was easy and smooth

But we managed to communicate somehow. Most of the bartenders at the pool bar seemed annoyed and looked like they just wanted to get away from me, even though I was as polite as possible

The entertaining team made the holiday even more fun, thanks Sabina and Yusuf. Thank you and see you next year

A big disappointment was the ice cream fridge that is being locked up on the key at 1600hrs. Sun is up till very late and lot of kids are walking around the fridge without being able to get an ice cream

Hotel provides a lot of comfort, specially the family comfort rooms at lake house. if there is anything that doesn’t meet your expectation, just get in contact with the guest relations team

Water isn't deep so kids can go in the water. My kids loved going to the kids club. Plenty of activities, games, fun. Food is ok, not a huge variety of seafood (only fish) or meat (mainly chicken on grill)

you will have immediate response, and they fix everything very quickly! specially Ms. Gunay is extraordinary helpful, and solves every little problem in a minute!

The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks

Nearby water sports center by the sea. If you wish, you can enjoy various attractions for a fee. 100% recommend and would definitely visit again

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! I really enjoyed staying here and i would stay again, the food was amazing, you can have anything you want at anytime, the beach was beautiful, the staff was really kind and always cheerfull, Mustafa who worked at the bar on the beach deserves 5 stars!

Otherwise it's a really nice hotel! Lovely beach in a walking distance, restaurant with great food, friendly service. I had a great time there but I'd not come back until they fix the air conditioning

Heaven Beach is now called Selectum For Two. 2023 reviews can be found under its new name, "Selectum For Two".

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

But, nevertheless, I can't thank the team at Tui Blue Palm Garden enough for making our stay so good, keep doing what you're doing because you're doing wonderfully, and we'd love to come back again one day!

The surrounding area would rank about a 7/10. Kizilagac itself is okay, there are a few bazaars which sell the usual souvenirs and "designer" goods but there isn't too much to do
