This hotel was absolutely stunning and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The place was kept immaculately clean. The gardens were just amazing.

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

The people managing the hotel also deserve a big thank you – they are very attentive, kind, and clearly care about their guests and their team. You can feel the good atmosphere in every corner of the hotel

Food was amazing, so much choice, always something different. Had to be something there for everyone. Pools were clean, not over crowded and top class lifeguards were on top of their jobs always

Staff around the pools making sure no food, drinks left around. The beach was clean and lots of sun beds available. Loved seeing the cats and petting them. Looked cared for despite being so petite

The only small thing I would suggest is to improve the room cleaning – it could be done a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we are very thankful to all the amazing staff in the Select area

The gardeners were working daily keeping the paths clean and tidy in so much heat, too. My first holiday for nigh on 20yrs and thoroughly enjoyed my stay with family

We particularly enjoyed the water park and beach. The main negative was the standard rooms are pretty basic, and when arrived at 1am, there was a bed missing from the room, this was the same for 6 other families

We came here for honeymoon, it's simply an amazing place. The beach is clean and nice, the food was surprisingly nice, I didn't expect it to be this great, they offer a huge variety of meals, snacks, sweets and drinks

Amazing place, halal environment, very good location. Truly all inclusive food and they would be pleased to feed you. This is our second time family visit of this resort 7 years apart and they improved a lot

The food is good but not great, the a la carte restaurants were a big disappointment for me as I expected really good food but it was average in my opinion

There’s a wide range of facilities, including several restaurants (main buffet, three à la cartes, a cake shop and a Turkish bread hut), plenty of bars, two large pools plus a children’s pool, and a private beach where we were never disturbed by salespeople - a first! The spa is lovely and offers free use of the sauna, steam room and hammam for a couple of hours each day

It felt lifeless and unwelcoming, and staff generally seemed disinterested or abrupt. In the restaurants, plates were often cleared before we’d finished eating, and meal times were chaotic

The hotel offers a lot, but none of it is clearly explained. Guests aren’t given a map or any guidance other than mealtimes and additional charges, so it’s easy to miss facilities and activities altogether

The main dinner buffet officially ran 6:30–9pm, but staff began removing food around 8:30–8:45pm, which caused a rush. On two occasions the lights were switched off while we were still eating at 9:15pm

The bars were just okay; the one between the two main pools often smelled unpleasant (like old beer or stagnant water), and the coffee and juice machines didn’t appear well cleaned or maintained

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

The restaurant is large with lots of choice and also outside cooking. The pizza station was really nice and the jacket potatoes were too

If that wasn't enough choice there was the beach bar who served up tasty snacks eg burgers,wraps with spiced meat,salads and drinks

The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks. A major drawback is the towel policy

Although our ages ,66 to 81, wasn't a difficulty because the front door staff were always on hand to drive you in their buggies to where you wanted to be. It was brilliant,no walking if you didn't want to and was fun too

Very low hygienic standards in the restaurants (tables, cutlery, vending machines. ) Extremly stinky pool bar with terrible drinks. Some employes provided 5 star service, some were extremly de-motivated

A lot of food to choose from (not for the night snack though). If you want some drinks other than beer or vodka with juice you need to pay extra but for that price of stay I think it's fair

It's was nice hotel with nice service from the waiters in restaurant and the bar and the food it was good Nice team animation

One negative: the stone surface around the pool with the slides and near the Relax Bar is dangerously slippery. Something should definitely be done about that. Our children slipped several times as well

We spent one week at Club Nena with 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), and we had an amazing time! We didn’t miss a thing. The double room was perfectly suitable for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child

When it comes to food, really only those who don’t want to eat won’t find something they like — the selection was incredible! The beach, the many pools, and the slides all exceeded our expectations

For the period of 7 nights the sheets were never changed and the bathroom never mopped. Beside the room, everything was ok and above. For an ultra all inclusive we would expect international drinks

We have really enjoyed the dinner in the Italian restaurant and Melisa was a great manger. She made our dinner extra ordinary and me and my wife will remember this for ever. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Our waiter, Melisa, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel very welcome

Great hotel – a large, well-maintained resort with beautiful surroundings and direct access to the beach. Plenty of bars, excellent drinks, and high-quality food. Also very friendly animation team and bartenders

I've been staying in this hotel for three years in the row now:). Great big territory with amazing plant selection. You can wonder between two hotels which are on the same territory and use swimming pools, restaurant etc

Rooms are very nice and clean with mini bar full with water, juice, beer. Bathroom have all the little perks like shampoo, soap etc. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (if you choose a sea view room)

Do check out the sunrise from the terrace of the hotel next door!!!!The access to the beach very convenient. Always plenty of spaces to choose from and no need for towel fighting to secure your spot:))

Restaurant team, reception, bar, cocktail making person (such an interesting and tasty cocktails!!), housekeeping, chefs - everyone - you are doing amazing job!!! You can visit old town of Side which is 20 min away by taxi

You can order your taxi from the hotel. They take you there and pick up after. Highly recommend and the staff very friendly and professional. Plenty of different variety of food in the restaurant to choose from

The staff is very very nice, they are so friendly and understand many languages! The best staff is Ayse who is a life guard and she is very very nice and friendly and will help you a log

Short vacation (one week în the middle of October), but looking for longer one. Nice place to stay, big green space around, not so crowdy at this moment, but the weather and water temperature were really good

The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks

Otherwise it's a really nice hotel! Lovely beach in a walking distance, restaurant with great food, friendly service. I had a great time there but I'd not come back until they fix the air conditioning

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! I really enjoyed staying here and i would stay again, the food was amazing, you can have anything you want at anytime, the beach was beautiful, the staff was really kind and always cheerfull, Mustafa who worked at the bar on the beach deserves 5 stars!

The shows in the evening were professional and very entertaining, and during the day there were great activities for both kids and adults. We would especially like to highlight Lilli

Very large and well equipped complex, with a choice of pools, restaurants, bars, right on the beach. Tennis and padel courts if you’re into sport, spa and gym for those into their relaxation and fitness

The room was ample, spotless and the cleaners were very hard working and efficient, always friendly and polite. Can take a while to get your bearings, due to the sheer size of the place

Depending upon where abouts on the complex you’re based, it is easy to get lost (we were in the middle, block 17)! Few shops in walking distance, as well as on the complex itself

Staff were friendly and efficient, worked constantly to make sure everyone was well attended to. There were a couple of themed nights for the food to change it up a bit

2 week stay at the end of September, just the 2 of us. Important to note you’ll need a taxi to get to town and it is a 1h 45 minute transfer from the airport

Branded spirits at the bar and really good, well made cocktails. Entertainment was good in the evenings, plenty of dance shows which was my cup of tea

Only I dont understand why in main restaurant is so much dirty dishes on a tables. Everytime when we did come and try find a table, we did see used plates and glasses on every free table

I liked everything about this hotel but the things i liked the most were the animation team and the staff overall they were all very nice also the food drinks and everything that was served there was very tasty i really recommend this hotel for the very good things that you get its very cheap the rooms were always clean and also very classy overall it was my best experience in a hotel!

The spirits are slightly weaker than would be in the uk, but decent drinks overall. The staff are wonderful, and I cannot complement them enough on making our stay nice

Always helpful and fluent in English, Turkish, Russian and German. It is a bit of a drive to Manavgat or Side, but there are some busses or taxis to cater to this

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

The temperature of the pool was very cold throughout our stay and the sun lounger situation is a little annoying; having to get up a 6:30 every morning just to get an opportunity to sit near the pool isn't great

But, nevertheless, I can't thank the team at Tui Blue Palm Garden enough for making our stay so good, keep doing what you're doing because you're doing wonderfully, and we'd love to come back again one day!

The surrounding area would rank about a 7/10. Kizilagac itself is okay, there are a few bazaars which sell the usual souvenirs and "designer" goods but there isn't too much to do
