This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

Beautiful hotel with great facilities but lacking atmosphere and warmth! The hotel is absolutely stunning - beautifully designed with a grand, impressive lobby that gives you that real wow factor on arrival

There’s a wide range of facilities, including several restaurants (main buffet, three à la cartes, a cake shop and a Turkish bread hut), plenty of bars, two large pools plus a children’s pool, and a private beach where we were never disturbed by salespeople - a first! The spa is lovely and offers free use of the sauna, steam room and hammam for a couple of hours each day

Finally, there are no longer any large waterslides for adults – only small ones in the children’s pool. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

The Turkish bath / hammam massage is highly recommended. There’s also an indoor pool, a small shopping area, bowling alley, nightclub, outdoor cinema for kids, and even an archery space

The bars were just okay; the one between the two main pools often smelled unpleasant (like old beer or stagnant water), and the coffee and juice machines didn’t appear well cleaned or maintained

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished

However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn. The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

Really nice place for families and couples as there is few swimming pools you can relax by main pool or stay with kids by the other with water slides

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

We spent one week at Club Nena with 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), and we had an amazing time! We didn’t miss a thing. The double room was perfectly suitable for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child

Went there for 10 nights with family and friends the hotel is good but location it's not nice. The restaurant waiter they don't care about customer and food was expired they saved old food and its smells

When it comes to food, really only those who don’t want to eat won’t find something they like — the selection was incredible! The beach, the many pools, and the slides all exceeded our expectations

One negative: the stone surface around the pool with the slides and near the Relax Bar is dangerously slippery. Something should definitely be done about that. Our children slipped several times as well

What I would especially like to highlight are the animation programs, both for children and adults. Everything is so well organized that you simply have no need to leave the resort at all, 24/7

Amazing resort for a family vacation. The food, ambience, staff and location are outstanding. The staff are so friendly and very respectful. The pool is very clean and has lovely beach access

Taking 2 of my children I wanted to go somewhere it was family friendly and this really was the one. The food was exceptional, there were variety options to choose from. Also the service all round was superb

Only thing to consider is airport transfer as it is expensive to get to the resort

For the price, you get a clean room, decent pools, a good beach and wonderful staff

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

The temperature of the pool was very cold throughout our stay and the sun lounger situation is a little annoying; having to get up a 6:30 every morning just to get an opportunity to sit near the pool isn't great

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

We stayed at the TUI Blue Palm Garden for 11 nights from 13th October 2024. We are a family of 4 and we were split over two rooms as we have older teenagers

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

Through out the day there is no entertainment a part from Wednesday at 3:00 there is a foam party. The pool is very big! Theres one baby pool, one main pool and 1 pool where the slides land

The location in Side is far out from the Centre, some local shops and market but if you intend to stay in the resort then that shouldn't be a problem as the hotel spreads out from the pool area straight onto the beach which has good facilities to relax

I have rated this hotel 3 out if 5. The positives first, the hotel has huge and very beautiful out door space. The children were pretty happy with the pool and evening entertainment

Arrived very late at night and took a while to locate our reservation. A decent sized resort with many facilities. The pool area is great, large pool so plenty of space for crowded times and plenty of seating space

There is the main restaurant, the pool area restaurant and the beach area restaurant so you're always close to some food when it is being served. Food was great and inclusive meant no worries with the kids

Kids club, children's activities all come at a price. At 3-10 euros per activity, it can add up

Wonderful experience in any way from the front desk to the beach are people that work their are wonderful and so helpful if you need them their there for you food is so good and spa area is a wonderful place you will find dino who is so helpful for everyone who wants to go their its worth it if your single or with 100 family members and kids its worth

I was little bit afraid of all the negative comments that I read. That´s true, the people usually write bad reviews and who is satisfied don´t report it so often. In my experience this is very good hotel in every way

So! Everyone wants to know - Noone wrote before. Rooms - clean, spacious, every day cleaning. If you tip a cleaning lady - you will have minibar full every day

We met friendly staff throughout the hotel, restaurant - plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night

After calling them again, they finally sent another car — this time an old, stuffy vehicle with no air conditioning, and we had to share the ride with another family. This was a total downgrade from what we paid for

The snack bar by the pool has delicious pizzas; definitely recommended! The churros and waffles are also definitely not to be missed :) The beach is beautiful and the sea is clean

The beach is within walking distance, but a shuttle runs every 2–3 minutes to take you back and forth. We’d especially like to thank the hotel staff and Mr. Yusuf for taking such great care of us during our stay

Our experience at Bosphorus Sorgun Side Hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived — the staff are extremely kind, hospitable, and always ready to help

We actually came here for the amazing slides, which you won't find anywhere else. I recommend it to everyone, come here for the slides

We've been at the Crystal Hotel for seven days now. The beach was clean, the room was cozy, and the food was excellent. We'd like to thank the entertainment staff for the show. All the activities were a hit

However very interestingly they handle it so well. just some places and restaurant can be crowded at peak times. some details: food: the food is not amazing, some bars are good but it is 7 out of 10

In the Pool games, no children under the age of 16 were allowed to participate, which was disappointing. Then it felt like the animation team just wanted to get done quickly and finish

The children had to wait every time they wanted to ride the larger slides. People complain that there were no sun loungers, which is not true

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

Everything organized and furnished comfortably for guests. Not cheating drinks, great coffee and sweets at every step. Possibility of well-organized trips - which we took advantage of

The hotel has a truly beautiful setting with a lovely beach and a stunning pier that became one of my favorite places to watch the sunset

The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

My brother went back the next day and asked again, and suddenly they did have one available — so we managed to rent it after all. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that didn’t work

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

Staff spoke limited English, which made communication difficult. For example, when we asked to rent a stroller, we were told they didn’t have any, even after showing a picture

The kids loved playing there as long as it was turned off, but they quickly got cold. There were an extremely high number of Russian guests both at the hotel and in the area

It was difficult to interact with them — no smiles or eye contact. The food had an Eastern European touch, and it felt like the hotel was mainly designed for that market

The staff were always friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely looked after. Entertainment was lively, with fun daytime activities, kids’ options, pools with slides, and enjoyable evening shows

There was always an opportunity to get a sun bed at the beach and also by the pools. The slides were so much fun and you have options of two big pools. There were shops close by the hotel for a nice walk

We had a wonderful stay at Megasaray Resort Side. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless grounds, everything felt well cared for

What really stood out was the incredible staff. They were always smiling, ready to help, and were so good with our kids. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly valued

We had an absolutely fantastic stay with our family, It was a perfect family trip for me, my wife, and our two children (ages 12 and 9). The room facilities were top-notch—clean, spacious, and very well-maintained

The Kid's club staff was nice and engaged with all the kids and they had great ideas to entertain them. We would like to thank Anna for the time she spent with our kid and with the passion she does her job everyday

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days as a family — myself, my husband, and our 9-year-old daughter. We chose this resort based on the positive reviews and its 5-star rating, so we arrived with high expectations

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match what we anticipated from a hotel of this category. The rooms are spacious, which we appreciated, but they felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovation

The pools are a good size and the water temperature was pleasant, but we noticed that they became quite dirty throughout the day

There were no showers or foot-washing stations available before entering the pool, which might have contributed to this issue. One of the biggest disappointments was the advertised aquapark

The lazy river also lacked sufficient water flow to work as intended. At the main pool bar, staffing seemed insufficient, leading to long queues throughout the day. At times, there was even a shortage of ice for drinks

My new friend Ramazan and the rest of the entertainment team has put on great shows each night and encourage all holiday goers to join in on daily darts competitions

Special mention to Ramazan and the entertainment team who made the holiday as great as it was! The variety of shows each night were amazing!! Although this is a family hotel we would definitely recommend this hotel to other couples as there really is something for everyone

We requested a room move to a pool view on our first day and after a bit of a wait we were moved room and greeted with a bottle of red wine, cake and a fruit hamper from the manageress

The food was delicious and the kitchen staff were again very friendly. Lots and lots of different food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Turkish kebabs were absolutely incredible!

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other couples too. We have had the best holiday and would definitely return next year!

The thing that has made this holiday as great as it has been is the staff, all staff have been super friendly and helpful

We’re a family of four staying in a sea view swim-up room. We’ve had a pretty flawless stay so far - the rooms are modern and spacious, the hotel is well laid out and has a really nice modern design

From the warm welcome from the Porter, despite it being 4:00am, to the lovely waiting staff and bartenders, the staff all made you feel welcome and at home

No mad rush for a sunbed in the morning, there are plenty to go around by the pool and along the very nice beach

The waterpark is great, not just for the kids but good fun for adults alike. There is a big castle set up for smaller children to explore and use making it accessible for all ages

The main swimming pool is huge, it must be 50 metres or so, there are then some apartments that have their own pool arranged as swim up rooms

You get a stocked mini-fridge which is refilled each day, although, a bottle opener would make getting in to the soft drink bottles much easier! Overall, no real complaints, I would definitely visit again and am keen to explore some of the other Paloma properties if this is the standard we can expect

There is also a childrens dining room where all the food is at child hight excellent for families. The themed restaurants were worth visiting but you had to make your food choices at the time of booking

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming

The main highlight is the huge pool and the water park, which the kids absolutely loved and which kept us entertained throughout the stay

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

All inclusive drinks the pool bar was ok but the drinks at the beach bar were much better. Beach was clean plenty of beds and shaded areas, which is a good thing as it was 50° whilst we were there
