Hotel is nice family hotel.
We stayed on the main building 4th floor.
Corridors was vey dark. Our child was always scared on the corridor.
Food (variety is enough but no taste) and bavarages are not the best. Beers served on plastic cups. At least cups can be better. Needs improving.

Turkish A’lacarte restauran was very good!

Arround 50min from airport by privat taxi.

Their Spa is very professional. Deffinitely deserves 5*!

Emel Hanim and Ramiz Bey was very kind, helpful and positive always.
We had a 4 day massage pack for me and my wife.
Their best masseur is Eka!
She was very professional. With her experience for last 12 years only in Starlight she was making sure we have the best possible massage.

One of the best vecations my family had in life, very nice food, a lot of activities, great animations, parties and evening shows. We stayed there for 10 days and it was a paradise

Don’t make the mistake in thinking this hotel is a ‘Luxury’ 5*. We visited as a group of 6 adults & 3 babies last summer. Whilst we had a brilliant holiday together, we had to set aside our expectations of a 5* holiday. You can hear music booming from the neighbouring hotel until midnight most nights & 1.30 am on a weekend. Rooms are dated. The main restaurant puts the air con on/off every 30minutes. Which makes it absolutely UNBEARABLE. Luckily we were later informed of an alternative restaurant next door that has constant air con on, but has limited food selection. You don’t get table service for drinks at dinner, not even offered a tea/ coffee on a morning. Some staff are very rude and unhelpful & Customer service barely speak English. The facilities, food and cleanliness are all fantastic!

Ok so the rooms are amazing! The balcony is spacious, they have a tv with Netflix, locked cupboard and in general very nice. The reception desk was welcoming and nice, helped us with a broken door. Unfortunately about the good that is more or less it. This hotel is really reaching when it comes to having 5*.

- no plates at dinner (i actually witnessed an argument about a plate).
- the restaurant workers needed to set the tables but it was never done and we had to run around looking for forks and knives.
- restaurant staff is rude (i had an incident where a restaurant staffer brought us beer we didn't order and we said its not for us, he then gave to the German people at the next table and told them that we are unsophisticated russians - we are not even russians!!).
- hamam experience was ruined by random people coming in the bathing part - its partially public so that is to be expected but for 70€ I really wanted an A class service. The masseuse was amazing though.
- indoor jacuzzi was COLD!!
- the only time anyone cares for you is if you leave a tip... i understand the mentality of it, but thats not a good 5* service style.
- basketball court was full with random stuff from the hotel. After someone made a huge fuss they finally freed it from stuff and guys could enjoy basketball. Again - 5*?

We stayed as a multigenerational family of 7 Hotel: Large imposing and grand building with a beautiful lobby and stunning and well maintained botanical gardens. We had several room types: single, double deluxe and family duplex. All were well laid out and sufficient. Mini bars were replenished and rooms well thought out. As a couple with older children this is by far the best room option that we’ve had for a holiday stay. Very occasional issue with towels/cleaning but remedied quickly on request. Rooms slightly dated but again not a concern. Food: Food was plentiful and very enjoyable with varied options. If you want a full English type breakfast you won’t find it here but you will find tasty alternatives. Lunch and dinner options were great but closure of the food stalls and sunrise restaurant was disappointing and narrowed options of location to eat. The hotel I believe was winding down for seasonal closure. We paid 20 euro pp supplement for the seafood restaurant which wasn’t in my opinion worth the money with one of the courses unavailable with no alternative. The coffee stations were a great addition with a real barista experience on hand. Staff: staff were generally friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. English is less widely spoken and it took a little More creativity to explain ourselves to staff. As mentioned in other posts regarding preferential treatment depending on nationality, I didn’t spot this directly but I did note that guests from some other cultures were more assertive, not queuing and some almost appearing abrupt. Coming from the UK this was quite alien but was neither the fault of the hotel or other guests. One thing I was less comfortable with was the large volume of male groups. This is a huge hotel hosting conferences and football tournaments. I felt less comfortable allowing my teenage daughter to wander freely with large groups of men drinking and congregating between their activities. the location was little remote but not unlike many other large resorts, I would have preferred something more than the usual fake brand/souvenir type shops nearby. Facilities were great with plenty of room to wander the grounds, ample places to sit and plenty of room poolside. The beach was well maintained with sun beds available. The shingle on the beach is tough on your feet but the sea warm in October We didn’t tend to opt into the entertainment but there as a well advertised programme available. This is a great hotel with fabulous facilities and grounds. Minor issues occurred but nothing that spoiled the experience. We would certainly return here

Old hotel with mediocre food and service.
The beds are very hard and uncomfortable.
Definitely not worth 300€ per night.
The personnel barely speaks English.
The hotel is designed to cater to Russians, that's the other language the staff speaks.
You can barely enter the water by the beach because it gets deep after 1 meter and with the waves it's quite dangerous.
Overall a disappointing stay for this price range.

What tremendous beauty, authenticity and luxury in one place. I stayed in one of the villas in the photos. The main hotel, the villas, the gardens, the facilities, the dining rooms, the swimming pools, the tennis court, the football pitches, the food, the staff, oh my God - the staff! So friendly, so helpful. Attending to even the tiniest issues in minutes, such as providing help to remove an oil stain from your shirt. Truly an unforgettable experience. Guest relations manager, Mahmut, does a lot more than guest relations. We wanted to watch a show on TV, with our whole group of 40 people, and he did above and beyond to make it possible for us to watch it in a kind of a cinema room. What a plus! What remarkable behavior. Çok teşekkurler!

Have to say out off over 30 years of travelling abroad this is the worst holiday I have experienced. The golf range advertised does not exist. The garden rooms are of 3 star standard and that's being polite . The restaurant experience was diabolical. Omelette still raw in middle . Tables dirty people seen touching the food and putting it back. Hotel caters for mainly Russian guests .We were made to wait at the bar despite being there first . Holiday was booked with Tui and due to being so bad I would never book with them again as disregarded our concerns. Paid £1100 per person for 10 nights all inclusive which i feel was a waste of money. I fell in the bath as no anti slip measures despite hotel claiming there was . Poor customer service. False advertising of facilities available.

Unfortunately it is a hotel that presents itself on the website as 5 stars but is a maximum of 3 stars. When you offer customers Ultra all inclusive and receive money for ultra all inclusive you have to offer it! It is not fair to ask for extra money for certain restaurants that you present as included in the ultra all inclusive price, and the same with the bungalows, 15 -20 € per person per day!!! I will definitely not come back!!!
