When it comes to fruit, the choice is extremely poor: only watermelon and melon are available, with occasionally one more option such as a plum or an orange.
On top of that, waiting 40 minutes in line just to get food is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.
All in all I was really happy to spend my holidays here.
Over crowded in the pool and restaurant. Poor customer service. Hotel management doesn’t care about their customers. They are only interested in making money. Food is ok but not suitable for kids and international visitors as it’s usually Turkish food. You constantly find yourself rushing to get sun bed and food due to long queues and hotel being over capacity. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and old. If you get a room at back all you hear is the noise from the car park ( big bussed bringing more people into the hotel constantly and it’s like a factory not a holiday resort) and heat & smell coming into your room from the kitchen.
Kids get sick all the time. My daughter was sick twice during our 9 days stay.
Please pay a little bit more and please go somewhere else and don’t ruin your holiday.
