Excellent hotel. The food and drink selection in the club lounge is better than breakfast. It's just a shame the ducted air conditioner's shutters can't be adjusted, so it blows directly onto the bed.

Very convenient location in the city center nearby the seaside and the scenic spots. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was attentive and responsive. Very satisfied in general. A good hotel in Izmir, Türkiye to recommend.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

The location of the hotel is very good, there is free parking and valet service. The staff is very respectful and very helpful in every way. The rooms are very clean and useful. I recommend it to everyone.

Hotel staff were lovely, and fulfilled any of our needs. The location was perfect was lovely strolls but the beach. Would definitely return!

amazingly friendly staff and great location. the only potential downside is the lit up walls outside the building if you are sensitive to that at night. otherwise, a lovely stay. thank you to the great front desk staff!

Location is good, but the air outside is very much polluted, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Steam room swimming pool and spa was good however they need to work on ventilation in the basement where the spa is located. There are no USB ports at the room.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Location is very nice. Lobby is practically non-existent so if you need or like lobby meetings or similar activities it’s not for you. Service is okay i.e. plain, polite but not that attentive. I mean there is nothing to complain about but if you are regular at 5-star hotels then you’d feel the difference. Haven’t been to their breakfast as I have chosen to go for a Turkish traditional breakfast at the nearby place (I wrote about it). Nothing else to say. Otherwise its a very good hotel - I stayed here a couple of times. I would definitely recommend it.
