My Son and his Wife and 3 kids arrived today for a long deserved break. There was no beer, no ice cream for the kids . The fridges were empty, They were informed that as it was near the end of season they would not be stocking up with any more things. There was no snack bar. Only people drinking water. They did get informed that their was Vodka. As a result we had to look and book another Hotel. This it a total disgrace in my opinion .

This hotel runs out of beers and will refuse to get any more in, and only has spirits/wine 🤢 left at this time of the season..... Good start to the holiday NOT 😡Staff wont go out their way to please guests 😕

ur stay in Turkey was great mostly because of the sun and the sea that was awesome and clean in this location, however the resort is far behind modern 4* resorts. It needs a reconstruction asap. The place was maintained and there was a lot of staff taking care of things but cleanliness is on a very poor level. From broken tiles, old furniture, fridges, dirty glass on the terrace and dirty floor in the eating area to stray dogs and cats walking around and rusty iron pillars supporting the patio/deck, everything needs a modernization asap. We were however quite content with the room and its cleanliness despite some rusty spots on the handles and the mirror. Also, a dinner on the deck was a nice surprise and we want to thank Mr. Mustafa for his service and kindness shown every day. The resort is mostly for the locals, but we met few foreigners too. Do reconsider this resort in case you are used to luxury 4* hotels with high level service.

i came and discovered !!!👍👍 i came and discovered Excellent hotel sea sunes great food lovely location great location clean regular very nice hotel to be begged greatly First, hotel manager Hacı YILDIRM, thank you, thank you for his interest, his super welcome was really great because of the attentive work of the guy The location and layout of the food room cleaning bar terrace rstaurant was super i'm saying i've discovered i've come 👏🏼👏🏼 Thank you for everything Your Hare 👍👏

I enjoyed every single moment at Karya family resort, the food is so so delicious, both breakfast lunch and dinner, rooms are so nice and big with nice view of the sea at the balcony, night shows are so so nice , the place is too big and nice🥰🥰 you must visit this place

this hotel is very beautiful. Animation was very great. Food in this hotel was very good and drink too. we will definitely come back to this hotel. it was really great here. every day something was happening and it was really fun.

The hotel is very good and I love the staff members Also Taylan is the best person which encourages us to play games the food is lovely but I through there would be more kebabs staff like that . The rooms are clean 🧼 swimming pool is very good because it’s big I also love the slides I rate the hotel 10/10

I like the hotel and the staff, the hospitality is very very good, they look after you, also the entertainment team is amazing, the pools are all good and fun,the vollyball was very fun, the rooms are very clean and organised and the reception is helpful and kind.

Karya family hotel id a lovley holiday for freinds , family , couples and freindly for both adults and children. Hotel room was spotless. Good wuality food and drinks all day and night long . The staff are amazing espicaly taylan all freindly and welcoming . Would 100% recommend and come back again

Lovley place for a family holiday , food and hotel fantastic. Ordered a birthday cake for my partner and looked amazing. Amazing views and good entertainment throughout the night and day . The entertainment team is so welcoming , very friendly. Good communication. Would definitely come back here again.
