Notion Kesre Beach Hotel&Spa Ozdere in Oezdere

Although the hotel was clean and the sun beds comfortable that was all that was Ok about this holiday. The negatives were endless. We stayed for 2 week in October and there wasn't 1 other British person at the hotel until 3 days before we came home. I'd say 97% of the people smoked constantly, lit a new cigarette straight after another, which stank horrendously. The food although edible wasn't great, if you have a food allergy you would probably starve. Majority of the staff where miserable. Entertainment wasn't anything to write home about, the usual Karaoke, Bingo or MrMrs hotel etc. The alcoholic drinks on this All Inclusive holiday were very limited to a local brand of Vodka, Gin, Wine or Beer and as it was the end of the season, (shut down for Winter), they ran out of Sprite & Fanta Orange, plus the bars closed at 11pm, not that i would want to stop up any longer as there was nothing to do. The Wi-Fi was terrible kept cutting out constantly, the best place to get any was in our room. Very isolated hotel too - nowhere to walk to 30 mins up and down the beach and that was it. No Al a carte restaurant, No indoor pool. Very small area to sunbath around the pool, everybody seemed to be on top of each other, so to speak.

Hi everyone,
We had the most horrible vacation of our lives. The room was not clean, even if I left money on the bed, he took the money and the room remained the same. you can look at the pictures. Cleanliness in the room meant throwing water on the floor and mopping only in front of the bed. In the corners everywhere spiders, webs as many as possible and even dead bugs. the service of all the managers in the hotel, the manager and especially the travel agency (AllTours Dynamic) who couldn't do anything, was disgusting. Of course, not all tourists got the same treatment (we didn't speak Turkish, only German and 8 other languages, it wasn't enough to make ourselves understood, unfortunately). The beach was nice, the service at the Pool bar OK, even in the restaurant people tried to help us, if they didn't shout at us in Turkish like only 1 piece of meat, not two, that's the same for us only, Turkish tourists received plates full of meat kebabs and more. Aaaa, Scorpion in the restaurant, see photo, I killed him, and in front was also the Animators staff who get a big OK from us. Some wire work was done on the pool deck, and some guy wires were cut, which of course were left on the ground. I got stung and my girl cut her heel. Reactions from their side, of course NO, They didn't have sterile bandages at the Reception, I went to the pharmacy in town and bought what I didn't have. We have the medical kit with us on holiday. The luck of the child. In the rest, I do not under any circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.
