Palmiye Otel in Oezdere

First of all, we stayed for 2 nights as a nuclear family with a 1-year-old baby. The location is nice, the hotel is very old, the sea is rocky and extremely wavy (not suitable at all for beginners like me). I recommend that those going here definitely bring water shoes. The pool is 1.40 meters deep, the children's pool is not suitable for adults because it is too small. There is only one main course, but it was delicious. On the first day, there was supangle for dessert, on the second day the main course was meatballs and I really liked them. I would have liked there to be a syrup-based dessert, but there wasn't any. There was only melon and watermelon for breakfast and dinner. The appetizers were the same on both days but were delicious. There wasn't much food suitable for a 1-year-old baby, so I brought homemade food for my baby. The young staff were hardworking, enthusiastic, and polite. They did everything I asked for my baby with a smile and kindness. I thank them very much, and I loved their music selection at dinner. If you want a calm, peaceful, and relaxing holiday, you can choose this place. The cleanliness of the rooms was praised, but I was not at all satisfied. As I was in a room with a baby, I expected at least my trash to be collected the next day (diapers piled up, and the dampness, humidity, and diaper smell mixed together). Due to the hotel's age, there was also a limescale smell in the bathroom. Since my baby has just started walking, we had some difficulty going up and down to the second floor; it would have been better if it were on the ground floor. The air conditioning was a great, state-of-the-art model. The room smelled of dampness and humidity; my wife and I felt a little suffocated at night. If you don't want entertainment and want a calm, quiet environment, I can say it's a good value for money place, but I thank the young staff again and again; they are all very, very good. They do their jobs well and make you feel like you're part of their family :)

However, the employees may act as if they have let you stay for your own good, as if you are not a customer.

You say, "There is a renovation noise, the child is sleeping, can you do it later", he says, "it'll be over soon".

You say, "No bread, sweets or pastries for breakfast". It's all coming as you never said. The next day, they say "I have a brother in mind", then the bagel comes. :-)

You book a room with 3 beds, they give a room with 2 beds. You remind me the next day, they take them to a 3-bed room, but there is no apology or anything.

Late at night, the staff can listen to loud music or chat with loud laughter.

Rooms are very narrow. There is no room to open suitcases in the 2 bed room. When you sit on the toilet in the rooms, the feet stay in the shower. There is a cesspool smell in the corridor of the hotel from time to time. Breakfasts are mediocre, honey is pretty bad.

The friendliness of the employees, the service of the beer in an ice cold glass and the price of 50 dollars per room per night in the hotel by the sea are good, but I would not prefer it again.
