A truly top-notch hotel in a very peaceful setting. Free parking on-site. We booked an authentic cave room for our wedding anniversary. The room was equipped with every luxury, and only the bathroom was as large as a regular hotel room. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, who are happy to go the extra mile and are courteous. They also offer a luxurious and generous breakfast, leaving plenty left over for lunch.

Overall hotel is good despite the loud sounds from the customers all the time starting from 5am or 6am and some time cars drop at your door and start the horn.

Ortahisar Cave Hotel is pure magic!
The rooms are built inside real caves – spacious, super clean, and even the bathroom is as big as a normal hotel room. I stayed here back in 2018 when I got my Grade 12 results, and now, 7 years later, I came back – and it still feels special.
There’s a beautiful sitting area in the middle of the hotel, like a cozy open café. The location is perfect, peaceful yet close to everything.
My room had a jacuzzi, and they help you easily book balloon rides or other tours.
Breakfast is simple but good, and the service is excellent.
Highly recommended – and I’ll definitely return again!

Overall, it's OK. It's quite satisfactory in every aspect. There are several cats. Those who love to pet cats will probably like it. It's just not as good as I imagined, it's just a Jiudong B&B.

This place is really a well kept gem in Coppadoccia region. Away from the crowd of Goreme this is in Ortahisar region, a really great place to relax and enjoy the nature. And overlooking the valley. The hotel has great facilities and staff especially in the reception is amazing, sweet and helpful. I loved chatting with Fatih , he is ever helpful and cheery person. He always had great suggestions for tour arrangement and local eateries. And always greets you with a smile and invites you to share tea/coffee with him.

We booked the hotel via our agency from Bulgaria. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the very friendly staff. The room we got was very bih, in a cave with a bathtub. We got new towels and tub accessories every day. It was very clean and organized. The food was great and in plenty. The owners always made sure we had proper breakfast and dinner. The hotel is near the center of the city and has all accomodation. It was an awesome experience.

We checked in late at night but Mr.Fatih was so welcoming and helpful in settling us in to our room. The next day being our silver wedding anniversary, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the king size room. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Fatih and Ms. Isra for helping us with everything! Our balloon ride was canceled and we were finding it difficult to get another one for the next day. Mr Fatih and Isra helped get us a new booking and we were blessed to witness the magic of Cappadocia balloon ride! Thank you Minia cave hotel and the wonderful staff for making our stay a memorable one! We highly recommend this hotel to travellers to Cappadocia! Supriya

One of the best hotels in the area. Great location - central in the Cappadocia area. Kind & helpful hotel staff. You may feel that services or rooms could be a little better, but one must consider that this place is practically in the middle of nowhere.
