We stayed at Carus for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. We booked the Suite with French Balcony which was very large and had a lovely view. The hotel location was perfect and very central to walk around Goreme. The staff were excellent and provided such great hospitality like no other! They were always very quick to respond to any query and always went above and beyond. A special shoutout to Fatma who graced us with such positivity at breakfast each morning and delivered exceptional customer service. She even remembered what we liked/ordered previously and the next day would know our order automatically. I also had a lovely birthday surprise at breakfast where the staff sang happy birthday and brought out a lovely cake and card which was a lovely touch. Despite having an early flight which meant we would miss breakfast on our final day, they kindly put together a breakfast box for us to take with us which was nice. We used the pool once which is in a very cool cave, but found it too cold for our liking so didn't spend more than 5-10 minutes there. They also have a sauna and massage options too. The only downside of our trip was the noise level - not sure if this is due to where our specific room was located (maybe the cave rooms would be quieter), but we consistently heard loud music until around 12/1am most nights and our final night it went on until around 2:30am. I think this is just due to the location of the hotel being so central, you are surrounded by other venues etc. and the hotel obviously have no control over this. Just worth mentioning in case you are a light sleeper.
Finally, we would highly recommend going to the restaurant in the hotel for lunch/dinner and trying the Haruna Special. It is exceptional!!

Stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it here! I dont even know where to start, the rooms were really clean and cozy, really comfortable and aesthetically pleasing too! The staff were super welcoming and friendly especially Fatma from harunz restaurant (the hotel’s restaurant), her service was really great and was super helpful towards us! The breakfast is really delicious and the varieties are endless really enjoyed it. Overall the hotel, rooms, staff, cleanliness and location is 10/10 and would recommend this place to my friends and family!

We stayed in this hotel during our recent stay at Cappadocia and the experience was nothing short of impeccable. The rooms are v v clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast was totally excellent and the service by staff Fatma was amazing. She always knew what we wanted and very very attentive to our needs.

She provides very lovely and heart-warming service 🥰！And must try the breakfast here, it’s very delicious! And also try the traditional food omlet egg on the menu ! it’s really good, me and my other four friends ordered it in two consecutive days.🥹

A must stay when you visit Cappadocia! Their service from the staff is excellent. Our room was very cosy and the view was just magnificent! Had a nice spread for our breakfast and was super delicious. We will definitely return again and would recommend this hotel 100%! Keep up the good standard! Hope to see you soon!

Great stay at Carus. Couldn’t ask for more. Got complimentary upgrade to Superior Deluxe at arrival. Front desk is extremely helpful. They also have a lovely dog named Daisy (so cute). The room is very spacious and location is great. Very central to everything. Walkable to Open Air Museum too. Highly recommended!

Very unique! Worth experiencing! The facilities are excellent, and the service is superb! The location is also great, just a five-minute walk to the town center. Even when it's freezing cold outside, it's wonderfully warm indoors!

We stayed at Carus Cappadocia from November 15th to 19th for a couple’s trip, and the experience was excellent in every aspect.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The service is impeccable, and the entire staff is professional, attentive, and reliable.

A special thank you to the reception staff, who were always available and helpful with anything we needed. We also truly appreciated the housekeeping team, who greeted us every day with a smile and kept the room in perfect condition, as well as the breakfast staff, who were attentive and well organized.
