Beautiful hotel with rooms carved into the rock, very cozy and spacious. Fascinating atmosphere, beautiful views, and excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. An affectionate cat will keep you company. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Acer Cave Hotel for 3 nights & it was wonderful. We arrived in the afternoon & were greeted by the manager who offered us refreshments…I had wine, my husband had a beer & then she told us we’d been upgraded We went to the terrace to enjoy our drinks & enjoy the amazing views. Our room was big & bright with a jacuzzi bath in the corner & a lovely balcony to sit in The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful…they arranged our airport transfers & before we’d even arrived in Turkey a member of staff booked our Hot Air Balloon flight & was in contact via WhatsApp regularly (big shoutout to Masar for this) The hotel has a terrace restaurant were breakfast is served & there is plenty of choice. This hotel is very quiet & had lots of places to have food & drinks within walking distance. We had a very early checkout for our flight home & the hotel provided us with a packed breakfast for our journey to the airport. I would highly recommend Acer Hotel for your stay.

We stayed at Acer Cave House for two nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our room, which had balconies, was absolutely lovely. With the heavy snowfall, the place transformed into a winter wonderland—truly magical! The staff were incredibly efficient and kind. On our last day, our travel plans were interrupted due to the heavy snow, but the hotel staff were very understanding. They moved us to a new room and allowed us to stay free of charge until 5 pm, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast spread was lovely, offering a great variety of options to start the day. We had booked the balloon tour through the hotel, which unfortunately got canceled due to the weather, but we understand that was beyond their control. While the hotel is 5 km from Goreme, we were more than happy with our choice. The rooms were nicely heated, and despite the outside temperature being -5°C, we didn't face any issues with the warmth inside. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, and we highly recommend Acer Cave House for anyone visiting the area!

This hotel deserves the name splendid. The harmony of nature and culture is jaw dropping.
Beatifuly constructed down hill to the valley. Rooms are spacious and authentic. We had one with a hot tub inside which was a warm welcome since we visited in winter.
We had everyting we needed from the hotel. I especially thank Mr Nazmi who was generously attentive to our every need and problem.

Just spent 2 nights at Splendid Cave Hotel. It was a lovely stay. Happy to report that they are indeed rooms carved out from a cliff side. The rooms were clean and there was a lovely view of a small valley. Just a heads up that there is no balloon view from the cave hotel. If you want that you need to find a space in Gerome which is about 4km away from the hotel. Otherwise, very welcoming stay here.
Tip: if you find yourself at the hotel during a sunset - if you walk 6 minutes up the road there is a roadside cafe with a beautiful view.

Located at a quaint little town Ortahisar, quiet and not very touristy which I like. But if you want to be at the center, book a hotel in Uchisar or Goreme.

This is a good hotel for those staying for a few days in cappadocia. Yes, some of the rooms are cut into the rock, but the top 3 floors are not. Great views across the area, and often, the hot sir balloons pass pretty close to this hotel ( depending on the wind direction) great size bed. We even had a hot tub in our room.

Reception was dusty and poorly maintained.
We didn't get a warm welcome and we wanted to leave ASAP.
Furniture inside the room was shabby. It was actually a disappointment at first sight.Not worth the money we pay..
However,
The breakfast was excellent and freshly made by a splendid cook. The temperature at room was naturally cool whenit was too hot outside.

That was a great place to stay for a weekend especially for couples and close friends. We had a chance to stay as 3 bestie and had great time. Our room number was 501 and every single detail of the room is incredibly beautiful. The room was perfectly clean, crew was nice and friendly. If I will go to Cappadocia again, I definetely choose this place one more time.

Highly recommended first class hotel and staff! While on holiday in Türkiye my plans had to change. A last minute booking I received an amazing room and service. The manager, Ms Cakir and her staff handled everything including booking all the local tours including the hard to get balloon tour. All the tours were amazing with excellent tour guides. The facilities and rooms are exceptionally clean! The restaurant (breakfast included) also provided outstanding service and food quality. I couldn’t have had a better time if I had planned it months in advance instead of the same day arrival from Istanbul. Thank you for amazing holiday in Cappadocia!
