Göreme Rock Cave Hotel in Goereme

My real rating for this hotel 4.8 stars. It was a cool hotel, with incredible staff actually! They were so attentive, carried my numerous and kinda heavy bags up and down the stairs. Any questions we had were always answered warmly. Specifically we had an issue where our hotel air balloon reservation kept getting canceled due to the weather, but they kept us updated and even offered to give our money back right away. The breakfast is definitely quaint but the women who make the breakfast are super friendly and if you want some hot scrambled eggs they will happily make them for you! The room we had was big and the bed was pretty comfortable! Now this is where I had ro take off the .2 stars - and I know this is due to the plumbing and infrastructure in the area, but omg our bathroom smelled SOOOOOOOO BAD. We had to keep the door shut to keep the smell just in the bathroom. When we mentioned it to the staff they said they would look into it, and if it wasn't better they offered to change our room. But by then we only had one night left and we didn't feel like lugging everything around. I really appreciated them offering their solution, but I think they should fix the problem before someone else stays in that room.
Overall I would still recommend this hotel for amazing location, super amazing staff, and nice facilities!

We had a wonderful stay at Ada Cave Suites Cappadocia. The location is very accessible, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Our room was spacious and perfect for our family, and the highlight was definitely the in-room jacuzzi. Breakfast was okay and had the basics we needed to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back.

Best stay in Goreme! Highly recommended for everyone visiting here.

Experienced amazing Turkish hospitality by the staff here. Male receptionist (probably the manager) was friendly and patient in answering our queries via Whatsapp and in person. Helped us to look for and book tours/transport to airport, even recommending which activities are good, and the best food nearby. We had an overnight flight delay leading to a missed balloon flight, but he helped us call and search for alternatives even beyond Goreme. Super thankful!

Place is slightly elevated for a great view of the city and the surroundings. Getting the superior suite with valley view is a worthwhile upgrade. Retains the authentic cave feels within its walls. Room was cosy and the bed was excellent.

Breakfast spread was fantastic, loads of bread / cheeses / muffins / cookies / local sides. The staff prepares the food nicely on your table so you dont have to grab them from a buffet line. They'll cook great omelettes for you whilst you are eating.

Overall an amazing stay, and one I will return to if I ever return!

The flight arrived very late at night, but the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location was excellent, just a few hundred meters from the town, making it convenient for dining. The view from the high-floor balcony was nice, but the room was too small, and the hotel breakfast selection was average.

Check-in was friendly and helpful. At check-in, Concierge was able to book a hot air balloon ride that was nearly half than the prices listed on the internet. The hotel is in a super convenient location but off to a side street so not a lot of car traffic or noise. All the shops and restaurants are a couple minutes walk. We had a car and street parking was easy. The internet was good and stable. The hotel has a lovely terrace on top for incredible view of hot air balloons and Uchisar Castle. The room has a refrigerator and came with 4 bottles of water to get you started. We are a family of 4 adults and stayed 4 days/3 nights at the end of September. We got the family room which has 2 twins and a double in 2 rooms. There is a single A/C unit that worked good. The shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure was good. Our family room is on the ground floor and facing the street so we could hear all the street traffic and people sitting outside. Thank goodness there wasn't a lot of foot or street traffic.

The only thing is that I would say is that the room size is only adequate. There's barely room to open 24" hard side suit cases that folds open. There's also only 2 very small trash cans. Our stay at Ada Cave Suites was truly amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful including Ismail, Mehmet, Ana and Mr. Kemal. The location was conveniently close to restaurants and shops. We celebrated a birthday during our stay they prepared a cake for us! You can see the hot air balloons during sunrise and the breakfast offered a different variety everyday. The communication before our arrival was also great, we would booked our airport transfers with them directly for a reasonable price and were able to check-in early. If we travel to Cappadocia again, we would rebook Ada Cave and highly recommend it to anyone!

One of our best hotel stay in Turkeye. Amazing location and with superior and attentive staff. Highly recommended in Capadocia.
