The hotel is clean and hygienic, just as we expected, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is excellent and the food is wonderful in both presentation and taste.

As someone who comes to Cappadocia every year and prefers different hotels each time, this was the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in. My wife and kids officially didn't want to leave. The hotel has a wonderful location and views. The atmosphere is magical. Besides the friendly staff, we were very pleased with the interest and helpfulness of owner Yasar Brain. We had the most amazing stay at Acer Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The service was truly exceptional – everyone was so kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed, whether it was arranging tours, transportation, or just giving us great local tips.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has such a unique charm. The cave rooms were spacious, spotless, and so cozy – staying in them felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The design blends authenticity with comfort perfectly. The breakfast was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and served with such care every morning.

The location was also perfect for exploring Cappadocia. We could easily access the main attractions, and at the same time, the hotel felt peaceful and private, like a hidden gem.

Overall, Acer Cave Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s not just a place to stay, but an experience that makes Cappadocia even more magical. Highly recommend to anyone visiting – we would definitely come back!

GORGEOUS Cave Hotel, the staff are amazing and super friendly and accommodating. As for the room itself and hotel they are stunning, it’s the highest hotel in the area and you can even see some hot air balloons in the terrace (not as much as Goreme) but we had a great stay here and again the staff are absolutely delightful, thank you for making our stay incredible!!

We stayed in Acer Cave Hotel for 3 nights & it was wonderful. We arrived in the afternoon & were greeted by the manager who offered us refreshments…I had wine, my husband had a beer & then she told us we’d been upgraded We went to the terrace to enjoy our drinks & enjoy the amazing views. Our room was big & bright with a jacuzzi bath in the corner & a lovely balcony to sit in The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful…they arranged our airport transfers & before we’d even arrived in Turkey a member of staff booked our Hot Air Balloon flight & was in contact via WhatsApp regularly (big shoutout to Masar for this) The hotel has a terrace restaurant were breakfast is served & there is plenty of choice. This hotel is very quiet & had lots of places to have food & drinks within walking distance. We had a very early checkout for our flight home & the hotel provided us with a packed breakfast for our journey to the airport. I would highly recommend Acer Hotel for your stay.

The rooms were quite spacious with balcony. It was very clean. They had served quite a few snacks as well. The breakfast spread was excellent with a lot of choices even for a vegetarian. The service was very good. I would really like to appreciate the lady at front desk who gave us a free extension till evening as our flight and road trips got cancelled and we had to figure out back up options. It was really nice of her. Thank you.

We stayed at Acer Cave House for two nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our room, which had balconies, was absolutely lovely. With the heavy snowfall, the place transformed into a winter wonderland—truly magical! The staff were incredibly efficient and kind. On our last day, our travel plans were interrupted due to the heavy snow, but the hotel staff were very understanding. They moved us to a new room and allowed us to stay free of charge until 5 pm, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast spread was lovely, offering a great variety of options to start the day. We had booked the balloon tour through the hotel, which unfortunately got canceled due to the weather, but we understand that was beyond their control. While the hotel is 5 km from Goreme, we were more than happy with our choice. The rooms were nicely heated, and despite the outside temperature being -5°C, we didn't face any issues with the warmth inside. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, and we highly recommend Acer Cave House for anyone visiting the area!

Located at a quaint little town Ortahisar, quiet and not very touristy which I like. But if you want to be at the center, book a hotel in Uchisar or Goreme.

This is a good hotel for those staying for a few days in cappadocia. Yes, some of the rooms are cut into the rock, but the top 3 floors are not. Great views across the area, and often, the hot sir balloons pass pretty close to this hotel ( depending on the wind direction) great size bed. We even had a hot tub in our room.
