The hotel is quite beautiful, with a classical Greek mythology theme. However, it's winter and the pool water is cold, which is a bit disappointing.

The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The service was excellent, surpassing all other hotels in Cappadocia. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The bathroom design is impractical; the lighting is too dim, and there's no space to put anything. The bedding, however, is comfortable. The breakfast is a fixed set menu, and it's just so-so.

I was given a room on the basement level, right next to the pool and sauna. So, even with the AC set to 10 degrees Celsius at night, the room was still very hot. I had no choice but to open the window to ventilate and sleep. However, the soundproofing in the room was terrible; I heard all sorts of door slams and car noises in the morning.

The breakfast on the first day was alright, a standard Turkish breakfast with lots of cheese. But on the second day, I felt completely lost, not knowing what to eat.

The hotel's location is a bit off the main road, about a 5-minute walk, but you'll pass through some popular 'influencer' streets, so it's a very pleasant stroll overall. The hotel facilities are very luxurious, and it's rare to find such a spacious room that isn't damp. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is served individually and is very rich. My only regret is that the breakfast menu didn't change at all during our two-night stay. Also, as a cave hotel, there's no elevator, which might be an issue if you have large luggage.

The facilities were pretty good. However, the AC was broken throughout my two-day stay and was only fixed right as I was checking out. The breakfast omelets were delicious. For those who enjoy a European-style breakfast, it's quite good; this is typical for Turkish hotel breakfasts, which tend to be European.

Chinese travelers, you might want to skip this one.
The breakfast was the worst I had during my entire trip to Turkey. It was all cheese, olives, and bread slices, with no green vegetables or tasty cold cuts. Every morning, I'd pick up my fork and just feel utterly at a loss for what to eat.
What's more, I found the hotel's decor quite unsettling. I much prefer bright and airy spaces.
In this small town, it really doesn't matter where you stay because it's tiny, and everything is within walking distance. You might as well book a cheaper place, haha! Use the money you save to buy more souvenirs; they're so tempting, I couldn't resist buying something every single day.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!

This is perfect hotel,terrace is the most highest for ballon view,all staff are super good specially to Mr Ali and front office manager.Breakfast is super nice..full of variety..Room super clean/nice/the bathtub really clean like no other customer using it..location really perfect walking down 500 meters u already at goreme town..i have survey more then 50 hotel before i choose maccan and i did a right choice!

We booked at the spot. Two awesome clean rooms for four people. And the breakfast was to die for. The terrace during sunrise and sunset are simply mesmerizing.

This Hotel is amazing, we stayed 3 nights and was perfect and unforgettable. The staff is really nice and helpful, we organized our tours with them and the balloon flight, and was everything perfect. The room is clean and beautiful. And the terrace is like a dream with the best view. The breakfast is delicious.
The Hotel is really good located, perfect for walks around Goreme and have a lot of good restaurants around. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much, you made our trip to Cappadocia so special ❤️
