The location is very good, walking distance to Uchisar Castle, Hallach Monatery, Zindan. The room is great and clean. The roof top is amazing. Morover, the staffs is nice

The decision to stay in Ortahisar for the Cappadocia leg of my Turkey trip ended up being "just right" for me, and my lodging experience at Gümüş Hotel is a big part of that assessment. The hotel had a refreshing "family vibe" about it. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, consistently greeting me to-and-fro. Tea and instant coffee were ever-available in the kitchen, always a nice touch. The room I had was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the bed provided sound sleeping. I also took advantage of the discounted hot-air balloon flight deal (with SkyWay Balloons) that the hotel offers its guests. Fantastic! Ortahisar, with its own impressive rock-cut castle, is charming and peaceful, and is within a short distance of Göreme and the surrounding sites and attractions. I would definitely stay at Gümüş Hotel in Ortahisar again and would recommend it to fellow like-minded travellers without reservation. Thank you for the cozy stay, Gümüş Hotel!

Amazing accommodation for travelers with a welcoming staff. The owner is just amazing. The Hotel Haus a really good price for the area and it is super clean. The rooftop is amazing.

It's a good place for the money.
It has terrace so, you can see the sunset and the ballons. It's a old hotel but it still working. It's well located. You can get to Goreme for 220 turkish by Taxi. We went to the other town by bus (50 Turkish).
It's a quiet town. We booked because Goreme was full, but we were surprised. Worth it.

Amazing experience with this hostel. Beautiful rooms, very clean with bathrooms. We had our room upgraded. But the part of this stay that made it extra special was the beautiful staff! They made us feel so welcomed to Cappadocia and assisted us with anything we needed.

The owner of the hotel was a very gentleman. He didn’t have proficient English but still helped us whenever we needed anything.
Room was clean well ventilated with basic necessities.
Location of hotel is nice and there was always pickup service from the hotel.

Terrible attitude and service. Don’t go. The reception guy discriminates against women and tourists. I’ve been polite until he became rude. How can he still work here? Can’t speak English and just send Turkish to me, he even threatened me that he would report me, what an amazing and impressive service!!! is it how this hotel train their staff?
