Our stay at Terra Cave in Göreme was nothing short of incredible, easily the highlight of our trip. The rooms are stunning; the attention to detail is amazing, offering the perfect mix of comfort and history. The beautiful decor creates such a relaxing, high-end atmosphere.
The hospitality here is unmatched. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and we felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to the manager, who was lovely and genuinely cared about our experience. Not to mention, they also had a great breakfast spread. If you are looking for a flawless Cappadocia experience, this is it. 10/10! We will definitely be back!

I missed my connecting flight and arrived at the nearest airport on the last flight. I had already contacted the hotel by email, and even though it was late, they replied promptly, confirming that 24-hour check-in was available. I stayed for two nights, and even on the following day, they proactively asked if I needed anything when I was heading out, and I was able to get additional bottled water. On my last day, they kindly stored my suitcase for me, which was a great help! I also got to see hot air balloons up close from the rooftop. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and cheeses – simple but very tasty. Since returning home, I've been recommending this hotel to everyone I know. The room was also warm and very comfortable.

This was my third time in Cappadocia and Terra Hotel was the fourth hotel I’ve stayed at.
It matched my budget and offered good value.

The room was clean, and the housekeeper was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was simple but nice, the çay was great, and the ladies in the kitchen were lovely.
Their scrambled eggs were especially good! not oily at all

We actually stayed at 3 different hotels in Goreme (as wanted to try out a few) and the staff at Terra were by far the most warm, welcoming, and helpful!

The cave room was smart, cosy, and clean.
The breakfast had a good variety with freshly cooked eggs. There are 2 terrace areas at different levels which were great for relaxing and looking over Göreme and watching the hot air balloons.

Staff were efficient and willing to help with transfers to and from the airport. When we ended up cancelling and booking ourselves (due to logistical reasons), they were very understanding and easy going.

There were some lovely added touches including a self-service afternoon tea ~4pm, as well as a little packed lunch (sandwich, fruit, and juice because we had to leave before breakfast time) and a box of Turkish delights when we left.

Terra is a great option for good value cave hotel with warm and friendly atmosphere, great location, and nice terraces.

Staying at Terra Cave Hotel in Cappadocia was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were struck by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The attention to detail in the cleaning service was truly impressive—every corner felt fresh and spotless throughout our stay.

The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, blending the charm of a traditional cave dwelling with modern comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the region’s stunning landscapes. The room is bright enough for a cave hotel especially the shower also which is another reason I chose this hotel.

What really stood out was the consistency of the cleaning service. Each day, the room was refreshed to perfection, with thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for, especially how the cleaner dealt with the clothes we casually put on our bed and tidy up our charging cables.

Terra Cave Hotel offers a serene and comfortable retreat in the heart of Cappadocia, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and restful place to stay. We love the cheese omelette so much that we even ask the staff how it was made of 3 types of Turkish cheese. The staff are welcoming and talkative also, offering us more knowledge on local culture and places to go in Cappadocia.

There were terraces on the second and third floors, offering panoramic views of Goreme. It was a wonderful hotel! Breakfast was buffet-style, and they even made omelets for free! The omelets were absolutely delicious!!
Amenities included water, coffee, bath towels, face towels, soap, shampoo, and more! There was even a hair dryer!
The lock was difficult to open and close, lol.

All the staff were so kind!! On our last day of checkout, they prepared sandwiches and juice for us, perhaps because our flight was very early in the morning;; Thank you so much!

I stayed at Terra Cave Hotel for all three nights in Cappadocia.
I had wanted to stay in a cave hotel when I went to Cappadocia, so I was very glad I could stay there for three nights at this price.
The hotel breakfast was delicious and changed slightly each day, so there was plenty to enjoy!
The staff were also very polite and, best of all, I felt very reassured that they spoke Japanese.
The view from the hotel was also beautiful, so it was worth getting up early in the morning!

The breakfast cooks were so nice and homey! The terrace was very nice to sit at, and the front desk let us checkout when our shuttle came (around 1:15pm). Please stay here!

Strongly recommended for those looking for budget friendly cave room experience in Goreme. My spacious room is at the ground floor and is kept warm at all time. Buffet breakfast provided is the best that I had. Greatest hospitality by the host is the main reason i will be back in the near future!
