I highly recommend Assiana Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia! It’s a cozy, family owned place that immediately makes you feel at home. The owners and staff are incredibly warm hearted, respectful, and caring they go above and beyond to help with anything you need.
The location is perfect for exploring, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. What touched me most was how genuine and kind the people were they treated us not like guests, but like part of their family. If you’re traveling alone or with friends, this is a very safe and welcoming place to stay. I’ll always remember their hospitality and smiles 🙏🏻

Beautiful, family-run property. The helpful and very friendly staff, despite the language barrier, made us feel right at home. The rooms were very quaint. The one we stayed in was carved directly into the rock: large and spacious, equipped with all the comforts (except for the TV, but that allowed us to fully enjoy the experience, so I wouldn't consider it a problem). It was cool, despite the lack of air conditioning. The only small flaw is the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, as was the phone line. The bathroom was small, but fully equipped. The breakfast served was good, with a limited selection, but the presence of fresh, local produce and a constant supply of new products completely won us over. I highly recommend this hotel.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and we had 2 different rooms: one is attic and it was extremely hot during the day and the night. It was impossibile to sleep or to have test. Condidering the temperature in Cappadocia it was really uncomfortable, The other room is under ground without any windows. It smells because there is no air circolation.

Our family of four stayed in two beautiful, authentic cave rooms. They each had a lovely bathroom, a sitting area with cushions and rugs, and a shady terrace right outside. No need for air conditioning, as it was cool enough on its own. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with bread baked daily by owner Suna. With fewer guests, the table for four was full. Host Mevlut provided helpful tips for visiting the many sights in the area. He also organized the unforgettable sunrise hot air balloon ride (a must do!).

This guest house is perfectly clean, service is spectacular, breakfast is simple but filling! I came with my partner and the cave room was still big enough for both of us. They have a stone room too (another kind of bedroom). The guest house is run by a family. Sona, her husband and Gruhan (son) was extremely kind, helpful, informative and welcoming! Do try them out if you are looking for privacy or a cozy place. I would describe the place: peaceful, cozy, private and scenic. The nearest town is 15mins away and along the way, it’s scenic & good for picture taking too. Rooms: clean, warm shower and bathtub, clean towers and rugs. Only thing you have to bring is your own toothbrush. Toiletries they provide. Definitely recommended to try and don’t worry about huge luggages, they are able to help carry too

Wonderful experience! Beautiful place and very kind hosts, delicious breakfast buffet, and there was always someone there to help us, from 4:30 am to midnight. Service exceeded our expectations. I must say I was disappointed we only stayed two nights... highly recommended!

I stayed at Assiana Cave home during my stay at Kapadokya. Even my flight got in late, they stayed to wait for my arrival. The room was big and spacious. With me being a solo female traveller, they were very welcoming and they made you feel like you're a relative in town for a visit The hot air balloon ride was early in the morning and they woke up extremely early morning just to wait together with me for the pick up service. They keep a look out for the ride and inform me just as the van drive in. The breakfast was amazing... the bread fresh and soft and the coffee.... excellent. The view outside my room was so beautiful and peaceful. Can't wait to have a return visit 😊

Wonderful place. Quiet, clean and very tastefully done rooms. Stayed in one of the caves rooms and absolutely loved it. The hosting family are lovely and helpful. Really great experience. Highly recommended

The room, hospitality and the breakfast are all wonderful. After checking out, we had a half day before our flight back to Istanbul, we asked the hotel manager what can be seen around the area, the hotel manager found us a tour guide who drove us from location to location, so we were able to take a look around other sightseeing spots besides air balloon ride. The tour guid was very nice and the price he charged was very resonable.

Just wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's beautiful during the day and night. The rooms are very very clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is also located in a very quiet place. The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They know English really well and are readily available. The breakfast was also wonderful. Their food for lunch and dinner was also wonderful. The only thing was that there were so many aggressive bees interrupting our breakfast.

Hotel is nice and service is great.
We arrived from Istanbul so we didn't really know who to trust or not. Ali, the hotel manager is wonderful and extremely helpful and nice.
Rooms are nice cave rooms therefore not expect anything to fancy. But extremely clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience at the Cappadocia Hotel. The service was fantastic and the owners care. Maybe cave living wasn't for us, but it is something to try once. For us the beds were not the most comfortable, and I kept hitting my head on the doorway (be careful if you are tall).

My stay at The Cappadocia Hotel was incredible and I highly recommend the stay here. 100% I would stay here if I come back to Cappadocia. Ali (the hotel manager) is super kind and helpful. He helped us plan our activities and arranged them for us with the companies. We told him we wanted to do the camel ride, ATV rides and horseback riding and he arranged those activities with transportation as well. We also wanted to do the hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled because of the weather. He went out of his way to help us and made us feel very comfortable at our stay. He’s super fast at replying to messages as well, so if we needed anything we would just text him!
The hotel room itself was super clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was super delicious. The two ladies working with the breakfast were also very sweet and very hardworking and I really appreciated their kindness.
The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the city center. This was nice because it wasn’t very loud at night and had privacy.
