We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Cappadocia and were absolutely delighted! At first I was a little worried that there would be no good view from the window, but in fact it turned out to be simply stunning - from the room you could see absolutely all the hot air balloons at dawn. This spectacle is really worth it!

The breakfasts were a pleasant surprise: French fries and pancakes are served freshly cooked, hot and delicious. There were also a lot of different snacks, cheeses, fresh bread - everything was very appetizing and with soul.

The room was cozy, clean, with a pleasant atmosphere - it was comfortable and pleasant to be there.

I would like to separately note the friendly staff, who were always ready to help.

Overall, it is a great place to stay, especially if you want to enjoy the magic of Cappadocia right from the doorstep of your room. We will definitely come back here again!

It is a very good hotel, good rooms, good service and very good people, love this hotel Aden hotel is the best hotel in Cappodocia to stay. My advice to all tourists is that if they have to stay in Cappodocia then they should stay only in Aden hotel. Thank you.

Good location, parking available, clean room, plenty of hot water for shower, complete facilities. Special thanks to Burak Sael, the front desk receptionist. The tire of our rental car was flat. He patiently helped us contact the rental company, helped us get a taxi to the location of the problem, contacted rescuers who arrived overnight, and helped us replace the tire. We did not delay returning the car the next day, as well as the flight and itinerary. In the morning, we could see hot air balloons and various cave landforms from the window of our room. The view was even better on their rooftop.

This place is located on a main road with the city centre a few minutes walk. Owned and managed by a family, the hospitality is really good. Decent breakfast, with plenty of options nearby for lunch n dinner. Worth a stay.

Aden is the place.
Stay here for nice view. Unfornately, weather does not permit hot air balloon. And we are left with rainy days. The room with balcony is a waste.

The hotel is good enough for its price.

The location is great. It provides a delightful view without being too far uphill. There is a grocery store and a handful of small restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are decent size, have AC and heating, and look good. I wish there was a shelf in the shower, it was inconvenient to keep opening the shower door to fetch toiletries. During a 3-night stay, no housekeeping was provided. We couldn't find any "please make up my room" sign/button, and the trash inside the room just piled up.

The view from the 3rd floor balcony was amazing. However, I'm not so sure that's the case for the 2nd floor rooms.

Hotel breakfast is available, and that's the only good thing I can say about it. Buffet style with rather limited options, no hot food, trashy salami, and instant coffee only.

The staff can arrange tours and hot air balloon rides for you for a certain commission. We did not use their services, but we had to witness another customer arguing with them because he was led into taking an uninformed decision, they sold him a balloon ride in a remote location without explaining the difference, and then tried to take 25% (over 100 eur in that case) instead of 25 eur as a cancellation fee.
