I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel on the 2nd and 3rd of April 2025 during my visit to Cappadocia, and I would like to share my feedback with you.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location and ambiance of the hotel were truly unique and charming. I would especially like to commend the breakfast service — the menu was excellent, well thought out, and offered a delightful start to each day.
Your staff was extremely helpful and courteous, attending to our needs round the clock with warmth and professionalism. Their support added great value to our overall stay.
However, I would like to bring to your attention one concern. There was a subtle yet persistent pungent smell in the room — a mix of toilet odor and disinfectant. We initially assumed it would fade, but unfortunately, it remained throughout our stay. I hope this can be looked into for future guests’ comfort.
Thank you once again for your warm hospitality. I wish your team continued success and hope to recommned your property in future, to friends and colleagues.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff were all very amazing and friendly and helpful, from helping us in bookings and managing our days. Thanks to Beyza and Mehmet and Metin, we were able to visit and book the best of the city’s places and top spots. And even after we had to check out we had to keep our stuff at the hotel until our flight time, and Beyza still helped us and offered a last dinner booking with discounts.

The hotel staffs are so amazing, they are willing to help anything we ask for, I needed to make a phone call for my car issues, BEYZA the receptionist offered her phone and deal with issues for me.
The male receptionists at night shift also help me out with my car.
Definitely highly recommended

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, attention, everything was perfect. You can visit the bazaar on foot. Don't be too careful. There was a sitting area directly at the outer door of the room. It's a very nice and friendly hotel, thank you.

The hotel is in a central location. You can go to Goreme sightseeing places in 15 minutes by public transportation. The employees are friendly. Thank you for all your service.

The tour package we booked brought us here and I don’t know why is ithis 2-star hotel, this is beyond 5 star. The breakfast is included and as you can see it is satisfying same with the room, literrally you are living in the caves but it offers comfortable stay with ‘bath tub with spa’ and heater, mini ref, cabinet, etc. They also have nice rooftop with scenic views.
What I like the most is how accomodating the people are here. Most esp. the front desk person I just forgot his name. There was rain that night and they lend us 2 umbrella but I lost one, I was very sorry and willing to pay for that but they did’nt mind it. People here are very kind and they are just amazing. I highly recommend staying here and you will never regret and forgot how peaceful your vscation will be!
