Very nice hotel, very friendly, the general area and room were very clean. It was very enjoyable to swim in the thermal pool. The food was delicious. The best hotel to stay in Karahayıt.

This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. The hotel is huge. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools. The food is okay, but it has the same variety as other food in other hotels in Turkiye. The room is clean and nice. We had a pleasant stay.

Not worth and not qualify to become the five stars. Old and very rundown. Crowded restaurant seating. Food so so. Room dirty.

Our hotel room was not clean. The bathroom sink was dirty. The buffet was not good, and it was overcrowded. The thermal pool was not appealing, filled with leaves and a strange colored water. Staff were not helpful. The decor was extremely dated. It is not within walking distance of anything so it's inconvenient to eat elsewhere. It was reasonably close to Hieropolis.

The rooms were fine here and the location is decent. This is a large group tour hotel and the buffets for dinner and breakfast, in a room with 80 round tables, were not good. Brings back the 1980’s.

The hotel is quite good.

The walls are a little thin so you might wanna be careful when talking.

The bathroom has no lock though. And a translucent door so make sure you announce to your roommates that you're headed to the bathroom.

The main issue was language since none of the room service staff spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish, we could not communicate properly.

The pools are great. Same for the common area. It's nice to enjoy around the fireplace.

Very old hotel that could use some refurbishment, cramped rooms & we had a hotel staff open our room door at 7am in the morning with their master key - unannounced and for no reason.

not a 5 star hotel. thermal pool was nice to relax in at the end of the day, at least
